They've all been "good" but today we had the pleasure of working with Austin, and he was GREAT. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond what any one else has. It's the little things that have a huge impact. While he was here he didn't just work on what he had to and leave. He took the time to clean our glass, vacuum inside and out, and leave it nicer than he found it. No it's not required or even expected but that's what makes it so special. He's the first person we've dealt with that will leave an impression good enough to recommend Leisure time as a company as long as his name is attached to it. He made a very long drawn out process end in a very good way, and he deserves to be praised for it.

The employees are so friendly (even if you say your from Ca)! I found myself very comfortable and relaxed talking to them. Our house was not finished yet so we said we would be back in spring. After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. So see, since Covid 19 a lot of stores shut down and business is back ordered with so many trying to get caught up. Our choice was a custom build or buy what's left on the floor. I fell in love with the one on the floor and we grabbed it! It's beautiful, everything we wanted. These guys came out did a land assessment and electriciancame out to make sure we are already to go!! I have two ways to access my back yard via each side of he house. on one side was a strait shot to the street next to the tub and the other was a pile of branches that had fallen off the tree during a storm a few days ago. When I got home I found the pile of branches had been re-located right on top of our garden. Destroying the produce that was ready for harvest. 10 feet further was an unused section of garden with nothing in it. I would not recommend using this group! If you do, make sure you are home to monitor!
