Found this place while searching Spa options and thought it might be a fun experience. I was not wrong. We had the absolute pleasure of enjoying our time in the moon room with the Owners. We didn't know they were the owners until about half way through. They were so friendly and supportive in how to best navigate the procedure of hot cold therapy. Sitting in the sauna for 15 minutes is not the easiest but in comparison to the cold plunge it's a cake walk. Between the sauna and the cold plunge they have a bucket shower that is very refreshing and helps keep the cold plunge from getting too contaminated by sweat. The first time in the cold tub (which is a brisk 50°in the moon room 40° in the other room) I couldn't even get in past my knees but after getting out I dipped my arms in and definitely felt some joint relief from the full experience. It wasn't until the last time I went in the tub that I could get shoulder deep and stayed for close to 3 minutes. The trick is controlling your breathing and focusing on that. This place is a 10/10 for relaxation for rejuvenating and just a fun date night in our experience. Highly recommended

SRPS offers mucho support for your contractor, Landscaper in prep for your spa and sends a team out to inspect prep to make sure your pad or vault is properly prepared. They suggested a real good Electrician who made it all work. My Brother-in-law had a Swim Spa put in by another company and it was a nightmare, ended up costing him more money and he is not happy with the finished product, told me to stay away from them. Suggest you spend the time shopping around for a good Landscaper, prices are night and day and you don't always get the best job with the highest bid and don't let some of these characters force you into a big down payment for them to set on your money for weeks and months in order to get on their schedule. However, the staff at the front desk was unpleasant and offered almost no information. You must have your ID with you which we had to go 20 minutes back for and was not told that on the phone. We brought 4 kids, two that can swim and two that can't yet so we borrowed life jackets and they swam for almost an hour in the non kiddie pool only to be told you can't be in here even with a life jacket so they kicked them out into the kiddie pool. Then they kept asking for necklaces which we didn't know what that meant and finally a lifeguard said they tell us if they can swim or not. This was an hour in style that point and they'd been swimming without them. The signage to the pools is atrocious and unclear. The bathrooms were dirty as were multiple spots in the pool. I even asked about memberships for the future, & the front desk person said "oh idk you'll need to call the manager" and walked away. I'm glad it was only $4 because it was a very stressful experience and next time we want to take the kids swimming, I think we will find somewhere else.

The slide isn't always staffed, but when it is, it's super fun... even as a grown up :-) They have a rock wall, track for walking/running, and offer fitness classes. My mom likes doing the circuit of machines up in the weight lifting area. There's lots of cardio equipment. I usually prefer the free weights and non-circuit resistance machines for my workouts, and I've found everything I needed at this YMCA. Staff and members are all friendly, and I've never felt uncomfortable working out here. Sometimes you end up weighting for weights or machines, especially during peak times, but that's pretty much how it goes at any gym. Membership is $50/month for one person, or I believe $80/month for two, so a bit of savings. Considering everything you have access to with a membership, it's honestly not a bad deal. I have paid as much or more for gyms with way fewer amenities, let alone for a yoga or pilates studio. Definitely a good option.

I made it clear during that discussion that while $19/hour wasn't a dealbreaker, I needed clarity for financial planning purposes. I was told yes -- that I'd be paid that rate -- and was brought on through a temp agency at $18/hour. Once I was officially hired, however, my hourly wage was reduced to $17.50. I was told this would be temporary and that I'd receive a raise in the near future as I gained more training. That raise didn't come for another 8 months, and when it did, it was just 18 cents. During my time there -- nearly a year -- I was given increasing responsibility and eventually led deliveries. Despite the demands of the role, staffing was consistently inadequate. Most deliveries were handled by teams of just two or three people, which often felt unsafe. One particular delivery involving a Vanguard spa tipped over while we were using the company-provided equipment. I was nearly injured. (There is video footage of this incident from the customer's security camera.) In my opinion, the company places heavy demands on employees without providing the necessary support or accountability. This culture appeared to carry over into the customer experience as well. During my employment, I observed multiple instances where spas sent in for repair sat in the yard untouched for months. In some cases, customers waited weeks -- or longer -- for service. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that it helps someone make a more informed decision -- whether you're considering working there or becoming a customer.

I can no longer recommend them in good faith. We've bought two products from them, a hot tub, and a sauna. We've had the hot tub under repair since October - it's now January. As an example, they were here in November to wrap up the repair, and discovered they were missing a part that was in the shop (8 minutes away). They said they'd have to leave and come back another time to fix it. Three days later, the QC person showed up unannounced to confirm the tub was fixed; it was not. They left, and we heard nothing from them for 6 weeks. They texted yesterday that they would be here today, January 10th. There was nothing in the text asking us to prepare or to drain the tub. When they got here, we told them the tub is not drained. The service tech said it needed to be drained and it would take 4 hours - it takes about 20 minutes. He did not know why he was here and he did not know what he was supposed to do; he left, and we still have a tub that is not repaired. On our sauna, it was delivered with a cosmetically damaged heater. It was damaged during shipping. They said they will order a new one and replace it. Eight months passed, and we heard nothing. We checked with Snake River Pool and Spa, and they found they did not order it. SO, they ordered it. It has been 4 1/2 months and we've heard nothing. I recommend finding great products at a vendor that knows what "customer service" means. Stay away from Snake River Pool & Spa.
