So the fact that they waited until the day before to cancel my appointments is so frustrating on multiple levels. 2: They need to stop calling themselves 'urgent' medicine. They are not urgent. Their appointments are at least a week out if not 1.5-2 weeks out. I'm really upset by this experience.
