I was dismissed from my appointment today without getting the services I paid for & was told I'm not wanted back for trying to redeem my Groupon. Appalling. My bf gifted me a Groupon for x-rays, an adjustment & two massages. I called to schedule the appointments accordingly & was excited to start treatment. After my first visit, I was charged out of pocket despite asking a second time about the included services in the Groupon. Thought this was a little weird but the receptionist Emily assured me those services would be redeemed at my next visit. Still a bit confusing but I trusted the facility to give the great service they claim to & that I would have no problem redeeming a coupon I've already paid for. So unfortunate this simple transaction could not happen!! :( Instead, I came for a second appointment, where I was quoted a $2900 care plan, which would be my out of pocket on top of $700 they would bill to my insurance. This was extremely disappointed to find out I was required to pay when they could have chosen to (1) use the already paid for Groupon that I asked to use at checkout OR (2) bill the insurance I provided. Both of these options make much more sense to me than insisting on getting payment AGAIN. As of this morning I had already paid TWICE in advance AND they also could've billed my insurance but instead I was walked out without receiving my treatment at all! I called & asked Liz (the other receptionist there) how we could get this straightened out & instead of a solution, I was blamed for not mentioning the Groupon.... Even though I did.... Multiple times... Regardless of that fact, I ultimately just wanted a resolution, but instead she let me know the owner, Dr. Sartin, does not want me back! I've been patient & compliant with all that's been asked of me even when it was nonsensical. Truly a disappointing experience, the worst of it being I'm still in pain & Keystone doesn't care to help! :(

Loud, uncomfortable, high-pitched music, was just the start, be sure to bring ear plugs if you choose to go. The first receptionist that I spoke with knew if was my first visit and yet told me to just go ahead an use the open equipment without instruction or supervision. No, I don't think so. Dr. Clark was prompt and helpful, did the standard 3 adjustments all Chiropractors do, and gave some home exercise instruction. It was a quick 10-15 minute visit with him and the promise of more in-depth analysis on my next visit. I asked it I could use the roller bed and was told yes, but I had to ask again for instruction. These beds aren't like others; no heat, not much intensity and set at only 8 minutes, when other offices have 10 minutes or more. I couldn't enjoy the stretch as there was another patient laying inches away from me, with his phone on a loud video. Rude. Not very relaxing. Just like an unsupervised day-care, no rules or civility seem to apply. I went to the front, but I wasn't willing to fall into the trap of endless appointments, so I said that I would think about it, then she asked if I had used any of the equipment. I guess they aren't aware of what the patients are doing in the free space. I was honest about using the rolling bed and was told that would be a $20 charge due immediately. That's $2.50/minute for a cold, weak and noisy bed. I said that it would have been nice to have been told that before I used the bed. She had no answer, just 'holding her hand out or the money'. Unbelievable! I mentioned that I now would definitely NOT be making another appointment, but still she didn't care. The doctor was great, but the staff was horrid, but I suppose that they are busy enough not to care.
