An an Integrative Health Practitioner, I'm very particular with my personal healthcare. When I first started at Bonfire Chiropractic, I was in severe pain from pinched nerves and had numbness on both sides of my hips with extreme burning pain on my left side of my back. My sciatica pain was excruciating. I was absolutely amazed at the extensive nervous system testing that they perform on their patients before establishing care and a treatment plan that is specific to YOUR needs and NOT generalized care. They don't guess, they TEST! The staff is incredible which is a direct reflection on the Dr's and the environment that they have created for their patients. They've become like an extension of my family. After just a few treatments I was completely out of pain and the numbness is gone. Dr. Barker and Dr. Weed are outstanding at what they do. Education is key to creating long term health and they share what they know so their patients have the best opportunity to heal. Thank you so much for the outstanding care and for creating a place for me to FINALLY feel heard and treating my root cause. I honestly can't believe I worked like that for as long as I did. I had severe pain in my lower back and hands. I saw Dr. Watson and he did a whole body scan and gave me a plan on fixing my issues. Now I don't have any pain while I massage people. It's honestly a night and day difference. I've been getting adjustments from him and using the PEMF machine. The PEMF has reduced my inflammation in my hands and back. His adjustments are very gentle and on a table that moves. It's not the typical kind where they pick you up and crack your back. The biggest thing for me is that I can now work without being in pain. I'm so happy I found him! The initial body scan and first treatment are quite affordable as well.

I used to trust Dr. Harris with my family's care, but my experience following a recent adjustment has left me deeply concerned and disappointed. After a routine adjustment in March, I suffered a stroke caused by a vertebral artery dissection--something the medical professionals treating me believe resulted from that adjustment. I have no family history or risk factors for stroke. I am only 35 years old, with a husband and five children, and the impact this has had on my health (mental and physical), independence, and family life has been life-altering. What's even more troubling is what followed the extremely painful neck adjustment. Dr. Harris performed stroke assessments immediately after the adjustment because of the pain it caused but failed to document this in my medical records. When I asked for a transparent explanation and a complete record of that visit, I was told I would not receive any further written communication. Despite our long-standing patient-provider relationship, my concerns were met with dismissal and a refusal to take responsibility or engage in meaningful conversation. This experience has been not only traumatic and life altering but deeply disappointing coming from someone I once trusted with my health. I share this in hopes that others will seriously consider both the risks involved and the response I received before seeking care here.
