This increased our 'copay' as it is a % of our billing. Our out of pocket was almost half of an adjustment itself, while they was receiving 3 times the cash rate from our insurance. On their Facebook page, there is no mention of 3 months minimum. On the fancy printed info at the front desk, there is no mention of 3 months minimum. Nowhere does it say a 3 month minimum except for the one paper with 8 places to initial. Right in the middle. And it had to be pointed out to me. Back in April 2025, I paid for 2 visits for $29 each. No 3 month for $79 minimum. I consider this to be deceptive practices and a bait and switch tactic. Doubtful I'll be back there.
