My husband left a message on Friday and didn't receive a call back until the following Wednesday. To make matters worse they required a $300 deposit just to make an appointment! I have encountered this ludicrous practice only in Boise - this is the second business to do so. I would never do business with someone who puts money first. Why not trust people. If someone doesn't show up, charge them. Don't insult people by charging upfront. I'm so disappointed.
