I have been going to the VA…read morefor it and have gotten no where in the pain management portion to control or lessen the pain level. I contacted "All About You Deep Tissue Massage" and after just "ONE" Deep tissue massage, I won't exaggerate, My pain was almost gone. along with the chiropractor's adjustment, and a couple more deep tissue massages. my pain is all gone. After all the stuff I went through with the doctor's in the Navy and the VA, it took a deep tissue massage therapist, who knew what she was doing in concentrating on the troubled areas, to lessen the pain to non-existence. I will continue to go back to her for more. I HIGHLY recommend any VETERAN or anyone else to go see her. she was amazing and very professional. She(KATHY) kept a detailed record of the my previous visit to see what worked and didn't, it all worked in my case. She even texted me a couple of days later to see if I was okay and how I felt. She actually listened to my problem and asked questions about what I was doing and taking for pain management to determine what i needed for the therapy. I asked her to do what she thought was needed to help me and SHE DID! We need more like her.

She always ask for feedback while she's massaging you. Me I'm a moaner which is usually the clue that you're in the right spot. It is the bright spot of my week when she's on my calendar. For those who have negative things to say why wait 3 months and then say it how lame. Not to mention Petty.

I'm not sure how no one has listed this as a business on yelp prior to now!…read more This review is especially for massage therapist Kym from whom I've received basic "therapeutic massage," but the practice in general is a clean and peaceful environment and I've experienced that whoever is working will return calls as quickly as they're able. Kym has a great balance between being gentle enough (especially for painful areas) and firm enough. She also will interact and is personable, but is also quiet when you're quiet and just keeps working on you. The musical choices in the background have been nonintrusive and there aren't any strong scents from the oils or anything else, which is important to those with either sensory "issues," or who have known physical sensitivities or allergies (although any exposure - especially to synthetic/ chemical sources - can build up in the body over time and eventually one can become "sensitive," but it's actually just finally manifesting after exposure over time... research for yourself before doubting or criticizing please... and I'm not saying whether or not they use things that are synthetic or chemical in origin... I have no idea). The prices are higher than I'd like and it is definitely an expensive form of self-care at 90 per hour or $110 for 90 minutes, but I'm a cheapskate and don't do much for self-care honestly, so I am thankful for this for my sore and aching body.

When I called to book it at the beginning of December the girl at the front desk let me know the esthetician was booked until after the first of the year, so I said okay I can wait, then she went on to tell me that truthfully the esthetician would most likely not be coming back to work there and then after looking at my gift card it is expired after 6 months and she would not be able to help me. Needless to say I was livid, the owner finally got back to me after a few times of reaching out and let me book an $80 massage to be " fair" . This morning was my massage appointment and I woke up with a terrible cough so I called early and left a message, no one calls me back they just send me an invoice for $80 via text. Maybe I should've just gone in and shared my germs. Please be warned , This place is a joke they are completely unprofessional. I Would give 0 stars if it let me.

Keystone Hospice - A caring Keystone nurse brought Mom a big cookie on her 89th, and final, birthday.

There comes a time in your own life when you have to deal with hospice for a loved one. I have been…read morethrough it with my Dad and my oldest brother. Now it was time to see my Mom got the best possible care in the final stages of her life. Through the hospital we were hooked up with Keystone Hospice after efforts with palliative care were not enough anymore for Mom's emphysema. They were at the hospital quickly and talking to us about our options. Mom was in pretty rough shape, but she wanted to be home to die and once we relayed that to Keystone, they were on it. It took 24 hours to stabilize her enough for the ambulance ride from Boise to Nampa, but they got her home. Keystone supplied a bed, bedside table, wheelchair, potty-chair, and everything we needed to keep Mom clean and comfortable. A team of four people came to the house before Mom arrived and trained me on medications she would need and when to administer them. A case worker, social worker and religious support were all there to welcome Mom home along with a nurse. The days passed and Keystone never lost touch. At one point Mom complained about the air bed being more uncomfortable than the bathtub. I called and asked for another option, and they were there in a less than two hours with a foam mattress that made Mom happy. Mom saw her 89th birthday, which was a goal of hers. I had three more beautiful days with her before she passed one morning. A nurse was at my door within an hour and a few minutes and took care of Mom getting her ready for the funeral home. Losing a loved one is horrible no matter how you slice it, and I cannot thank Keystone enough for their magnificent work before, during and after hospice. These amazing people are your go-to in the Treasure Valley.

Absolutely Amazing teams! Our Dad was treated with Love and Care! Thank You so very much!read more
