She did a very thorough body massage which was very relaxing. I decided to come back and do the infrared sauna and the float tank. I feel like everybody should do those at least once in their life. I spent half an hour in the sauna and then moved to the float tank for another half hour. I did it fairly early in the day and next time it will be in the afternoon so I can just come home and go to sleep.
