I contacted her, knowing by her reviews that she works Monday-Saturday, so likely wouldn't respond until the end of the day, or on a break, and more likely the following day. She responded within an hour! I gave her my availability and she gave me hers, which was mid September :( I booked it. That far out, along with great reviews, tracks for someone worthy! As much as I really needed a massage, I was willing to wait to see if she was that good. I figured I'd find some subpar massage and tough it out until September. She texted later that she had a cancellation. I snatched that immediately! Me telling ya'll this is like giving up a monster buck zone location, or a awesome fishing hole, or great-grandma's secret recipe, you just don't! Vonnie was everything and more I was hoping for in a massage therapist. She's kind, professional, knows what to ask and knows how to execute it! It was the absolute best massage I have ever had and I have had many and pretty good ones. Head-to-toe, she hit all the right muscles, pressure points, nerves. It was extremely relaxing and just what I needed. She earned every dollar and tip! I am booked for life! I hate writing this review because I don't want to ever have to wait, but I am paying-it-forward to her because she truly deserves it. Vonnie, you are the best! Never leave me hanging

I wanted my adorable kitties on my nails and Matty really understood the assignment!! She does great nail art, was also very pleasant to talk to and made my experience a relaxing one! I'd come in early and pay extra to get all of that while waiting to be brought back for my scheduled services so take note, Rain Salon & Spa! In conclusion, It was a fabulous mani and I'd definitely come back. I plan to visit their Garden City location at some point as well as there are some additional services offered there.

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I could tell that the receptionist was working me into the schedule, but he was able to accommodate all of the services I had asked for. Yay! The front area is inviting and everyone is very friendly. I had a pedicure with Bethany that was perfect. It's been close to three weeks and my polish still looks great. Rutger was my masseuse, he is amazing! He found tense areas that I hadn't realized were there and stretched/massaged them. He also explained to me what areas to maintain and self-treat as I'm training for my first marathon. Courtney gave me the most incredible facial! Since I turned 35 last weekend, I felt obliged to opt for the anti-aging facial.I was so relaxed! She also recommended a chemical peel (I was nervous, as I've never done one before!) and I'm so happy she did. My skin felt instantly smoother and there was a noticeable difference in the fine lines and wrinkles that I was starting to spy.... The prices I felt were very reasonable for such a nice place. Yet I felt comfortable and completely at home. Overall I really wish I could give better than 5 stars. I'll definitely be back when my travels take me that way again. Thanks for an amazing first impression of Idaho!

Hannah clearly had no idea what she was doing, there were multiple different techniques she was using with random placement. The toner she used did nothing and she still wanted to charge me $135 for a partial foil which I was told would start at $94 for her specifically. I would have appreciated being told she couldn't achieve what I requested instead of her butchering my hair! She blowed it dry and let me walk out like this, didn't touch it with a flat iron or curling iron. I have naturally curly hair and she knew this also. No refund. Was told I could come back to get it fixed but honestly wouldn't trust anyone in that salon after this experience.

We came in early to fill out the "paperwork" provided and not even half way through the paperwork our therapist were out and ready for us. My other half for some odd reason every time ends up with the tiniest tiniest little women as their therapist every time we get a massage. Today was no different. Although the woman was nice my partner had requested firm pressure and the therapist was in no way able to provide that. To top this she also wore latex gloves through the entire massage. Strange. We have been to couples massages many times at many different establishments but unfortunately every time we have been into Rejuv they have just not quite hit the mark.
