I've had skin trouble since I was a teenager and now at 60 my skin has changed. My skin has always been a challenge. Patti took the time to look over my skin and to listen to my concerns. I ended up taking her advice and got the HydraFacial to help with my dull skin. Each step of the facial she explained to the products she was applying to my face. I was also looking for an esthetician who uses an organic skin line. I ended purchasing Eminence products and have not been disappointed. The overall experience at La Bella Faccia surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Patti to anyone looking for an excellent facial and relaxing day of self-care. I will definitely return to La Bella Faccia.

I cannot tell you how long I have been wanting to go to this spa !! Months ago I saw the website…read moreand felt like it would be such a lovely place to go relax and thought perhaps me and my fiancé could get some quality time in as a couple and get the romance ambiance package and we almost did a few months back. I had paid for it over the phone a couple weeks in advance and made arrangements for us to come in but unfortunately that day they had to cancel our couples massage as a therapist called out but we absolutely understood. I myself do massage and working for a busy spa I know how sometimes appointments just need to get rescheduled due to employee emergencies and illnesses so it's a bit of a bummer but really no biggie. I have yet to actually be able to get us in for a massage together but I got to visit this spa for a wonderful pedicure today !! The lobby was gorgeous and they sell so many awesome skin care brands and fun items. I noticed a list of refreshments, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, you can enjoy during your visit. Many of them are an additional charge but you can have water and orange juice complimentary or my personal favorite of the complimentary beverages which was a pleasant surprise was red wine !! They had a little self serve red wine bar was a few different bottles of red wines. I personally went with the Barefoot sweet red blend and it was delightful! I also had a few glasses of water and a glass of Prosecco at an additional charge. They also showed a few snacks you can add on for an additional charge which were very tempting.. I mean roasted pecans and caramels, berries or a charcuterie plate ?! YUM! I already had reservations with my fiancé for Brick 29 after my appointment though and I wanted to save my appetite for our meal. Perhaps next time I'll indulge a little more though ;) I booked the geranium cedarwood pedicure and it exceeded my expectations, was everything i imagined and more! It was a nice long pedicure with a nice vibrating chair that can recline, a luxurious warm neck wrap, relaxing music and nature sounds in a very comfy setting. Kaila did my pedicure and she did a beautiful job and she was very friendly throughout my experience! I LOVE the ambiance here and I most definitely will be back for a variety of spa treatments. I hope to get the membership eventually to return on a fairly regular basis and I certainly hope one day my fiancé and I can come in to relax together!!

Cassie ask me if I can come in at 1:00 with Ardell, she is really good. I say ok. This was my first time here, and I must say for a 60.00 pedicure I was very disappointed. We came in early to fill out the "paperwork" provided and not even half way through the paperwork our therapist were out and ready for us. Which begs the question, "how are your therapist reading the necessary information off of the paperwork if I'm not even done with it yet?" My other half for some odd reason every time ends up with the tiniest tiniest little women as their therapist every time we get a massage. Today was no different. Although the woman was nice my partner had requested firm pressure and the therapist was in no way able to provide that. To top this she also wore latex gloves through the entire massage. Strange. We have been to couples massages many times at many different establishments but unfortunately every time we have been into Rejuv they have just not quite hit the mark. Now, typically I try not to leave negative reviews as I am no "Karen" but this has been a repeat experience.
