I've always gotten lash extensions but I wanted to try the lash lift because I always pull on my extensions (I know I know). I was so happy with the results. I got an incredible spray tan! Her product was different from other tans I've had in the past. It went on without making any runs or streaks, and it didn't have that awful smell that typically spray tans leave on your body. I have olive skin and making sure it's not orange is a big deal. Had a great eye lash lift this past Saturday; my 1st time trying this and the procedure was easy, non threatening and comfortable. My lashes are not that long; and honestly wasn't sure if this would even help; but after the procedure which takes approximately 45 minutes; I had lashes. Yeah!!! The first time she drew in my brows, it resembled Groucho Marx. I said no. I wanted a feminine brow with a soft color that would match my fairly ashy blonde hair. She redrew and I made a comment or two that one side looked higher but she just seemed annoyed. Then she put 3 tiny color samples on my forehead. From the rice grain sized samples the middle one appeared to be a match but I've never seen these colors before or worked with them and I would expect that she as the microblading artist would have given some more helpful assistance with a match. After she began I looked and the color looked warm but she said it was just because I was bleeding. Fast forward to the end. I got a warm red brown color brow when my natural hair is ashy medium brown and my hair was ash blonde so the color didn't match. In addition, one brow that lacked hair was drawn even higher and more round than the other side. I said it was too high and this is when Ally said for the second time that she had another appointment to get to (seriously), that normally this takes 1.5 hours (I was there approx 2.5) and she dabbed a little saline on it to remove one hair (but it needed more). I asked if I could come back the next day since she was rushing me out of there if I wasn't happy and she didn't say yes. So I left and looked at my red brown brows and was instantly bothered by the lack of symmetry and the color. I reached out to Ally the next day and asked if there was something I could do to pull some of the pigment out. I asked if I could use a cotton ball with antibacterial soap on it since washing is required anyway and she said if I didn't follow the aftercare instructions that she couldn't do my touch up. I didn't want a touch up I wanted to remove the uneven shape. She offered ZERO help. I just wanted to undo what had been done. I expressed my disappointment the next day and instead of offering to help, offering any tips to try and pull out the pigment, offering for me to come back in, offering a refund, offering any assistance whatsoever, she says "sorry you're not happy" (as if I'm just someone who is unhappy and can't be pleased but I'm happy with other people's work all the time). She also added me on her social media and I don't recall seeing anywhere where she requested if she could use my picture because I always decline if asked.
