Even though I don't have back acne, back facials are so relaxing to have and to me, are better than a massage. The salon is super cute inside and everyone was very nice. Permanent makeup is a big step and can be a little spooky, so her being so nice and understanding really helped me feel comfortable with the choices I made. She did an amazing job on my lash line enhancement liner, top and bottom. It turned out just gorgeous and I'm so happy. She had great attention to detail - another important quality in a permanent makeup artist, I think - and showed me everything that was going to happen and how it would look before proceeding. I would definitely recommend Hello Permanent Makeup to anyone looking for not only fantastic results, but also a comfortable experience without feeling any pressure. After she applied bleach she asked me to sit a while under the dryer what destroyed my hair! I got very bad skin blisters on my head from this process! Of course it wasn't her fault that I had a bad reaction and it wasn't her fault that she didn't got her job done!

She gave me advice on how to properly take care on my skin, almost every step she made she explained it to me, she lectured on what I should do with my skin and what would happen since it was very dry. 2 days later, my skin looks healthier and better now. Karen is very nice and easy to talk to. I really appreciated it too when she checked up on me the following day. If you have any questions for her, she is approachable and easy to contact.
