It's been almost three days and they've stayed in perfect form. I've barely had to comb through them. I've received endless compliments and my husband LOVES them. (Hubba hubba! ) The rooms are nice and cozy. I'm five months pregnant and she didn't mind me tossing and turning every second! Haha She was so easy to talk to, I wish I could find a nail technician like her back home. (I'm sure there are, I just haven't found them yet) I was her last client for the day and was probably anxious to get home but she also happily waxed my eyebrows at the last minute. My sister, her MIL and sister in law also get their lashes done here and absolutely love them! I'm totally coming back when I visit. Ask for Elizabeth people!

The owner Lesley Hughes is absolutely horrible. I have been going to her business when it was in…read moreMeridian and she had multiple lash artist working for her. Never had a bad experience, I only went there when I was in town. Anyways this year I came to town, contacted her and asked for an appt. I realized now she's the only one working there which will make sense as you read my review. She is so spacey, does NOT pay attention to detail at all I don't even know how she has a business if it's still even running. She put me down on the wrong date TWICE, no show me once and canceled me 30min before I was set to see her. I was so understanding at first until today when she totally screwed me over!!!! She cancels me because her boyfriend got arrested supposedly. I have been trying to get my lashes done since LAST Thursday, it's not Wednesday of the following week. She always came up with an excuse of why she had her dates wrong or why she can't keep my appt etc. I'm mostly upset because I had to scramble to find someone to do them today since I leave for a 4 day wedding in Sun Valley tomorrow morning. Not only that but my fill was more expensive now since I was past my 2 week mark. She didn't care about a thing!!!! At first she offered to Venmo me which I agreed to since she stood me up and HER no show policy is she charged 100% of the service so I figured yeah you can Venmo me since you no show me and late canceled me. I gave her time to make it right and she hasn't and probably was never going to actually Venmo me. DO NOT GO TO HER AND GIVE HER EVEN ONCE SECOND OF YOUR TIME . Horrible communication and I forgot to add when she no showed I was calling her and texting her because I could not find her business that I drove to from Boise to Nampa which was over 20min.

Anywho, every single experience I've had with her has been positive! She's so sweet and SUPER easy to talk too which is a relief - it's nice to feel like you're just chatting with a friend! Also, this is very important to me - she is ALWAYS on time. I've never had any issues with her running behind. I can't stand it when I make an appointment for something and organize my time in order to make it to that appointment, and then have the technician running behind. This has never happened with Raquel! All of her services have been great, but the lash lift and tint especially has made a HUGE difference in my life! I seriously feel twice as pretty without makeup on. Also, when I do apply mascara, my lashes are lifted and ready to go! I'm totally addicted. Thank you Raquel! 20/10. Love Raquel, love her services, and also LOVE how easy it is to book online! If you can order a pizza, you can definitely schedule an appointment with Raquel (it's that simple. More simple, actually!) :)
