I have been here three or four times now and have never encountered a problem. Like all B&BW stores, this one has a ton of things I want to buy. :D The store is clean and there are plenty of tester items to try out. The location is close to many other stores and parking is easy (and there is plenty of it). I have been greeted each time and asked if I needed help. One thing I appreciate about this location is that the associates do not hound me while I shop. They are friendly and offer help but I also don't have someone approaching me every two minutes trying to force a basket on me or asking what I'm shopping for, etc. Most B&BW locations have gone way too far with that. I have not had any negative experiences with the staff so far. Deanna has been working there at least twice when I've gone in and she is super nice and helpful. Overall, this is a fine location. I'm sorry so many people seem to have had negative experiences but I've been here multiple times without issue. Recommended.

I'm sure they are busy but it's July not Christmas time.. they can't possibly be so slammed that an employee can't quickly run a bottle of foundation out to me at one of their designated curbside parking spots in a reasonable amount of time... this isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location either. It happened a few weeks ago as well and that time i left without getting my products and got that order cancelled so they didn't get my $50 that day. This is unacceptable Ulta! While I could go in there myself to get the item, I picked the curbside option for a reason... i'm not lazy but I just got off work, I'm tired and just want to freakin' go home at this point. I'm likely not coming back for a while and will probably just have my products delivered to my home instead with the way they've been slacking lately here.

I was able to relax and have excellent conversation with her and she explained each step of the procedure. While I didn't pay for it she also helped with with some trouble areas where my skin is more oily in the t-zone and I have larger pores. Not once did she try and pitch or sell me products . I loved my experience. After the experience she sent me a thank you note through the scheduling app with a coupon for another visit that I could use myself or share with a friend. I highly recommend her!

Yes, they are painful but I have had many done and never experienced the kind of pain I did at her shop. When she was all done and left the room I looked at the finished product and I still had some wax on me plus there were patches of hair still there. It looked really bad. I've only used he Pharmacy a few times, but they too have always been great to deal with. Just yesterday I smiled at the pharmacist coming out to help another customer find a product they inquired about, and watched as she made light of walking back and forth to find the item and forgetting exactly where it was. Everyone had a good laugh. I can't say they are the cheapest place, but for the few things in need like shampoo or shave cream, it's not outrageous enough for me to drive a few miles further to save 10 cents.
