She cancels me because her boyfriend got arrested supposedly. I have been trying to get my lashes done since LAST Thursday, it's not Wednesday of the following week. She always came up with an excuse of why she had her dates wrong or why she can't keep my appt etc. I'm mostly upset because I had to scramble to find someone to do them today since I leave for a 4 day wedding in Sun Valley tomorrow morning. The bed where she told me to lie down had hair, grass and dander all over it. I tried to wipe it off but there was so much!! GAG. (GAG 2) She kept checking her phone then took a 10 minute bathroom break!! Her personal hygiene left something to be desired. The whole experience was ghastly. I was there for 2 hours. It was anxiety provoking and I had a back ache when I left . is a matter of time before somebody gets an infection or gets sick. Do they not teach basic hygiene in beauty school? I will not be back.

I was told to not wash and definitely not rub them and no mascara or for at least 24 hours. I follow instructions! But 1/2 my lashes are gone. I was told that this sometimes happens and my lashes would grow back a couple of weeks. After seeking advice from an anesthetician with over 20 years experience and nothing to lose or gain told me that this just doesn't happen and that it's human error. Ether part one was left on to long ( eye safe perming solution) or the Second part, a neutralizing agent/setting solution. Was not done properly. This was done on a Saturday and by Monday morning my long full very blond practically invisible lashes are half gone. I promptly informed her and she said she has a lash solution that would help my lashes grow back. Turns out I had to pay another $42. Not happy at all! Oh and lashes don't grow back in " A couple of weeks". It may take months. I hate giving a bad reviews but I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Best wishes
