Now, they have a sleek, well oiled location off of Eagle road with an advanced check-in system. The place is on the modern side but inviting at the same time. Keep in mind that this is a reception-less location so if you didn't book through the app, text or online, you'll have to wait for an esthetician to walk out a client to make an appointment. My first and every other visit after (for over 2 years now) has been with Meg. I was hesitant to put a review out only because they're so incredible that I wanted to keep them as my little secret. But I seriously can't contain my overwhelming gratitude and appreciation for the level of detail, attention to customer care and overall magnificent level of service I receive at every, and I mean every, visit. Meg is strategic when ensuring the ultimate in care. They check in routinely regarding my pain levels, shape/quantity of hair removal for the sensitive areas, always provides excellent advice regarding skin care/maintenance and I never, ever feel judged. This speaks volumes for someone like me who is incredibly self conscious. If I could give 10 stars I would. The bed where she told me to lie down had hair, grass and dander all over it. I tried to wipe it off but there was so much!! GAG. The whole experience was an exercise in what not to do when a client is in your spa. The girl who filled my lashes did not have clean hands. I could smell food as she did my lashes . (GAG 2) She kept checking her phone then took a 10 minute bathroom break!! Her personal hygiene left something to be desired. The whole experience was ghastly. I was there for 2 hours. It was anxiety provoking and I had a back ache when I left . is a matter of time before somebody gets an infection or gets sick. Do they not teach basic hygiene in beauty school? I will not be back.
