Now I don't even bat an eye while I drive. Their clean studio is calm when you walk in, eveyone is nice and really wants you to be in love with your nails. Every time I always get compliments on my nails and their structure gel will truly last me 4 weeks with no chips or lifts. It's magic. Consistent is the word I would use for them which is a relief knowing I have confidence my nails will be looking gorgeous when I leave. They do require a deposit on Venmo for your first few appointments until they know you but they just take it off at the end of the appointment. Being cash for a discount!

They still tipped because they are nice but I would have put 0% do better and give priority to those that have appointments and not take walk in to cut in with their time. if you're booked throughout the day with appointments then don't take walk in.

I scheduled an appointment the day before for a time as soon as they opened. When I walked in, I gave them my name, said I had an appointment for a mani/pedi, and picked out two separate colors for my hands and feet. My technician began right on time, and I explained I picked out two separate colors and showed her what I wanted on my hands and feet. She did a great job on my toes. After painting them, she set them on the edge of the tub and went to assist another customer. I thought, no problem. She's going to get someone else started and then come back once my toenails have dried. After sitting in the (very comfortable) massage chair for over 30 minutes, I took my toenail separators out, put my flip flops on, and walked to the register. I thought someone may ask about the manicure, but no...I paid, left a tip, and that was it. Maybe I should have asked to "speak to the manager," but I was honestly just trying to register what happened. At the end of the day, I have some amazing-looking toes, but feel frustrated at the interaction.
