The space was very clean and quiet. There were only a handful of people working that afternoon. My nail tech was quick to get me seated and made sure the water was a good temp. I was given a bunch of polish samples to look through. Overall the pedicure itself was great. She did an awesome job cutting down my nails, trimming my cuticles, and taking care of my calluses. I gave a four star instead of five because of the paint job. It was a lighter polish and dried really streaky. The cost of the pedi was what I would expect to pay. And I definitely would go back and just be more conscientious about color choice knowing how this one turned out.

I was on the hunt for a new nail tech who was skilled and also CLEAN & SAFE! Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled that I saw Kadence's nail designs on Instagram. After reading dozens of 5 Star Reviews on Yelp for her work and OUTSTANDING NAIL ART I quickly booked an appointment. I showed her my disaster of a situation of paper thin nails, detached nails from my nail beds, and the disgusting mold that had began to grow underneath them, and she informed me that my acrylics had been done at a nail salon that was using illegal toxic chemicals and that they also were breaking several health code violations judging by the poor state of natural nails! Kadence instructed me on how to safely repair my nails back to health before she could safely complete any nail service. I appreciated your honest and ethical approach by refusing to do my nails by potentially causing any further damage to my natural nails. Understanding I went on a holiday weekend (July 4) and didn't have an appointment. They open at 10am and no one was there at 10am. Another lady was already there waiting outside. I decided to call the number on the building that routed to the other location. I stated that there were two of us standing outside, mind you it is already after 10am at this point. The lady said she would call the owner and a few minutes later two employees show. One had car issues. Tayla was super apologetic the other one...Tayla did my pedicure but didn't have time to do my manicure so I had to come back Saturday.. Awesome pedicure!! No complaints. Returning Saturday once again the girl is late (Emma).. Manicure trash. Later on Saturday THE SAME DAY THE NAILS WERE DONE the polish on my left pinky was lifting/peeling. By Monday my right middle finger is chipping. I called on Sunday and left a voicemail since they are closed Sunday and Monday about the polish already chipping the same day I got my nails done. STILL no response or follow up. Don't recommend, trash ass service. Again, Tayla was awesome. The other one, would not recommend. Per another recent review it seems this isn't the first time her service was trash.

Customer service was excellent, everyone in the salon seemed nice. Just doesn't have the experience of a professional nail tech that I need. I have been getting my nails done over 20 years and this was probably 2nd worst nail set!
