I was able to score a last minute appointment at Felangi for a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. I…read morewas visiting Boise on a business trip and didn't have a car so was limited to what was available downtown. While I've stayed across the street from the salon on other visits, I had no idea it was there. You enter the building, go upstairs and towards the back of the building before you finally find it. The space was very clean and quiet. There were only a handful of people working that afternoon. My nail tech was quick to get me seated and made sure the water was a good temp. I was given a bunch of polish samples to look through. Overall the pedicure itself was great. She did an awesome job cutting down my nails, trimming my cuticles, and taking care of my calluses. I gave a four star instead of five because of the paint job. It was a lighter polish and dried really streaky. The cost of the pedi was what I would expect to pay. And I definitely would go back and just be more conscientious about color choice knowing how this one turned out.

When I first walked in the building I wasn't super sure about this, but don't let the building…read moreentrance fool you - Felangi is very bright and welcoming inside. The service itself was great! Went here for pedicures with my boyfriend and this is the first place I've been to that didn't short me on massage time compared to him (I suspect because I get my nails painted and he doesn't). That alone was fantastic! The pedicure itself was very relaxing, and our techs were so friendly. I also appreciated that they checked in with me about how my toe nails looked and double checked before painting them if there was anything I wanted adjusted before they began. I found the pricing very reasonable, it was very clean inside, and I appreciated the comfortable massage chairs. Definitely will be back!

Happy, happy, HAPPY customer!!!!…read more After leaving the most unprofessional nail place ever with my sad & confused daughter (see my other post for details if interested) I IMMEDIATELY came to Happy Nails, in an effort to save our mommy/daughter day. Best decision! I walked in with no appointment, midday on a Saturday and stated that we "just need a trim and polish for my daughter's toes" since she had been snubbed at the last place just minutes before where I had mine done (crappy). She happily said she'd be with us in 5 minutes... And she WAS! She took great care and precision in trimming and polishing my very young daughter's toes. She is quick but careful and has an eye for every detail. I couldn't have been more thrilled! She said that I didn't need to pay her for such a tiny job, but I insisted and left her with cash and many many many thanks to her for her kindness and professionalism, along with her quality of work! She really went above and beyond, leaving me and my daughter happy, and saving our mommy/daughter day! The facility was clean and simple, with all the (new&seasonal too) OPI colors, and it seemed to have great ventilation since the smell wasn't overpowering, as I've experienced in other nail salons. I don't care if the decor and facility aren't super fancy and professionally designed, because the cleanliness and level of service provided at Happy nails puts other places to shame. My daughter is really happy and has been showing her perfectly painted and sparkly toes to everyone all day long, so they definitely earned themselves a return customer! I'll surely be spreading the word as well!

It was a good experience, little pricy. I got a pedicure with gel polish and a gel polish on my…read morehands. Total was $75 and I tipped $10. My friend payed $55 for a gel polish change on hands/feet. I feel like a gel polish change was $25 and maybe they included the tip... don't love that. Don't love how prices are not listed online. The lady took her time and care and focused on the details i.e. my nail nub and polish opacity. Short pedicure that consisted of - sugar scrub (she did well) - warm towel I got the color 890 i believe. $75 (not including tip) - hands gel polish change; full pedicure with gel

Newly to Boise, I googled best salons in the area. I tried a different one nearby, was a cute place…read morebut the stylist did not listen to my very specific style and request. When booking with Graeber they have a very intensive online "questionnaire" to determine what stylist would be best suited for your needs. I was paired with Raul. He listened to me, viewed all of my photos and gave me feedback on my style and photos and we were in agreement on the best path forward. The receptionist also was very welcoming, offered me coffee and gave me a tour. They carry Oribe and Aveda products which I use so that also is great. In addition to cuts/styles they have extensive skin care routines/facials. The services and products are not inexpensive but if you know what you want this is where you can get it. There was a glitch with their online booking system in which it made it appear that no openings were available, thankfully they reached out by phone and I was able to get in. I explained about the issue booking and they said they would address that, so if you don't find a slot online I suggest you call. Also I found easy on street parking so that was definitely a plus. I'd post pictures of my cut but I take terrible selfies, but everyone at work has commented how nice it looks. Thank you, I'll be back.

I must say the salon itself was so inviting and friendly but Dannielle (my stylist) went above and…read morebeyond. She listened intently to what I was saying, offered so many helpful suggestions and showed me products that matched my needs. The style was exactly what I wanted.
