I have given this location a few tries, unfortunately they do not do a great job. As many others have mentioned they do not do a quality manicure. Most importantly they do not have the capability of doing a mani/ pedi concurrent. This place always does a phenomenal job on pedicures, so I thought I'd take a chance on a manicure. I made appts and brought my mil here for a pedi while I got a gel mani. I'm not joking, my appt was over in about 15 min, maybe less. I asked him to even out my nails as I had a couple that were fairly longer than the rest. The guy filed my nails so fast and didn't even ask if I liked the way they looked. I had to ask him to refile one and felt nervous about asking for any more corrections. He took my longest nail and somehow cut it down to be my shortest nail. My nails ended up still being different lengths and my thumbnail is uneven. Then a woman walked in and it was clear she had an appt with him too. He brushed the paint on my fingers so fast. My thumbnails look especially sloppy, the edges are uneven and bumpy. The glitter coat on top is uneven as well. As soon as he was done, I went over to my mil who's was still enjoying a nice leg massage. I had to wait for her to get her toes painted and the guy that did hers did a great job. I thought about calling the salon for a fix, but I was leaving on vacation and didn't have time to squeeze it in. All in all, I might go back for a pedi, but never another mani. read more

Sitting here now and figured I would write a review since they are almost 45 minutes past my appointment time and haven't seen me. Definitely do not recommend. This is my second time here and I came because it was conveniently near my office. The first time I came they did just okay... I got gel on my toes but it wasn't cleanly painted on so some of it peeled off. On my nails, they did the opposite and left quite a bit of space between my cuticles and the polish so it looked grown out sooner. Finally, when I asked about the appointment time which at the time was 30 minutes past, the guy laughed at me and said he double booked which I felt was pretty disrespectful. I was punctual in respect for their time and I expect the same in return. 5 or even 10 minutes I can understand but this was ridiculous. Ended up just having them remove the gel because they finally saw my when I should have been leaving. read more

I make the trip from Emmett because she has been consistently amazing, her prices are reasonable and her shop is always very clean! I had a crazy summer and wasn't able to get my nails for 2-1/2 months, so my nails looked absolutely terrible when I saw her on Monday. I paid $50 plus a tip for these! I am a licensed nail technician myself and this is Freshman beauty school work at a salon price! This was supposed to be a blended Ombré and the tech tried to use white French tips and proceeded to blend them... they are not to be used in that fashion or they end up like this SUPER spotty and not blended Ombré at all! No license we're posted. I did not get a pedicure thank God as they did not use a plastic shower cap with each client. Feet are dirty but no sanitation between clients. I've been twice, the first time the gal that did my nails was so sweet and did a fabulous job. The second time I went, I had a different lady, who was extremely sick, sniffing and sneezing the entire time. She never soaked my previous polish off, she just used the grinder to take off my old polish; she nicked me a few times, and chewed through my natural nails. I brought an inspiration photo and my husband describes the final outcome: "it looks.... I have never been treated more unkindly at a nail shop than I was treated here. I arrived for an appointment. The girl up front told me that I was 30 minutes late for my appointment but I was not. She then went into the little room to the right from the front desk and ate food and talked to another associate. After 15 minutes I left. I had a severe infection after a manicure. I required antibiotics for 2 weeks. Finger was painful for over one month. I had been going there for 2 years. I should have learned the first time when he was doing my pedicure, and I ended up needing surgery for an infected in grown nail. Plus, the nail got infected after surgery. Took 2 months to heal.Luckily, it was during summertime. I was in sandals. Two bad incidents, from the same manicurist. I would never return. Dirty, unfriendly, do not follow health guidelines and some girls are not trained appropriately as they cut fingers with emery board and fail to put medication on cut. I have been coming to Deluxe Nails for about the last 3 years on a recommendation from a friend. Although it is quite a distance from where I live, Cassie does the best gel manicure in town. It lasts me almost a whole month!! Anytime I decide to go somewhere closer or I can't get in to see her soon enough (she books up fast) I end up really regretting a different choice. Rude staff! My French manicure discolored after 4 days. when I called to schedule appointment to have them redone and was told there would be no additional cost since it only been 4 days. This was my go to place to get a mani and pedi with Tina. I really enjoyed and felt good about her work. Since my mani/pedi was a basic service meaning no color or coatings, only maintenance every 4 weeks, on schedule when Tina commenced her day at 12 noon. Two months ago I arrived for my standing appointment. Tina was busy performing a pedicure as my 12 noon appointment came and past. She approached me 10 minutes later and told me she was going to have me soak my feet first while she was servicing the same client that she provided a pedicure to. She was in the beginning of an acrylic fill. She told me it wouldn't take long. Although I was a little taken back, I complied. Finally at 12:30, Tina was ready for me, my 12 noon appointment. Not really happy but....Today I arrived minutes before my 12 noon appointment, LOL. I observed Tina servicing the same person. A pedi was winding down. At 12:05 Tina called me over while setting up the manicure (acrylic I presumed) for the person. She said that I was to soak my feet while she serviced the other client. It would only take 5 minutes. Seriously! Totally rude! My $ will go elsewhere. My financial situation allows me to tip well and feel that perhaps it's not appreciated. read more

I am so bummed this has always been my go to place for a walk-in appointment because it never mattered who you got they were all good! Today that was definitely not the case. I came in for a manicure and removal of gel polish. Super easy! My tech did not get all the gel polish off- my nails are all rough and scratchy they are all uneven and I will have to re-file them they are so bad. No lotion no hand massage!
