It is more than likely due to the fact that he did so little to ensure that the bond was good between the false and the real nail. No filing, no triming to my desired length or even shaping the nail before putting the acrylic on. When I say there was no prep - I mean NOTHING. Unfortunately, my real nails have suffered again and they actually hurt. They are not pretty. They are not shaped well. The color coverage is not even and you can see many bare spots. I understand that I was your last appointment of the day but I work two jobs and I work hard for my money. I'm so sad that so many steps were skipped in an effort to leave for the day. The guy was so rushed and aggressive; he cut me twice within 10 minutes of being there. He was distracted the entire time, constantly getting up and down to talk to his employees or answer the phone with the nail tools still in his hands. The nail clippers were so dull that he had pull on the ends to get them off. He also paid no mind when doing the clear coat and slathered it all over my skin (huge biohazard). When I brought this to his attention he did nothing to fix it. He was also extremely rough with the "massage", so much so that the entire chair was shaken back and forth. I left with EXTREMELY short, sore, and completely JAGGED nails that are too short to be fixed elsewhere.
