The guy was so rushed and aggressive; he cut me twice within 10 minutes of being there. He was distracted the entire time, constantly getting up and down to talk to his employees or answer the phone with the nail tools still in his hands. The nail clippers were so dull that he had pull on the ends to get them off. He also paid no mind when doing the clear coat and slathered it all over my skin (huge biohazard). When I brought this to his attention he did nothing to fix it. He was also extremely rough with the "massage", so much so that the entire chair was shaken back and forth. I left with EXTREMELY short, sore, and completely JAGGED nails that are too short to be fixed elsewhere.

She's going to get someone else started and then come back once my toenails have dried. After sitting in the (very comfortable) massage chair for over 30 minutes, I took my toenail separators out, put my flip flops on, and walked to the register. I thought someone may ask about the manicure, but no...I paid, left a tip, and that was it. Maybe I should have asked to "speak to the manager," but I was honestly just trying to register what happened. At the end of the day, I have some amazing-looking toes, but feel frustrated at the interaction.
