My 4 yo granddaughter and I had pedicures. my granddaughter's "pedicure" consisted on soaking her feet, filed nails then painted her toes. This service cost $25-charge for a kids pedicure. Horrible service and horrible pedicure. I had an appointment at 1:30 and they did not help me or acknowledge me until 2:00pm. They were only working with the elderly women who got very luxurious pedicures, warm towels and a 20 minute massage. When I was finally helped, they were very rude and did not speak to me. I did not get a massage, warm towel or even my nails trimmed. I was charged $40 and was left with paint all over my toes when I got gel. I'm really disappointed. I came in to get a full set put on. I had booked an appointment that morning which I will say that I appreciate that they got me in on short notice. Anyways I had showed one of the ladies in there a picture of what I wanted. She said I couldn't get that design because they didn't have time for it. I then picked out and color for about 5 minutes and was sitting waiting for about 15 more minutes for someone to even come start on my nails. I was finally greeted and they started doing my nails. I had two artists working on me which I again appreciated since I was on a time crunch. Anyways they finish up and I looking at the nails, the acrylic is bumping and uneven. The gel top coat is all over on my fingers and cuticles meaning that when they grow out, they'll lift. I also want to add that some of the shaping isn't even similar to each other and they're lopsided. On top of it you can see where the tips are under the acrylic with the french tips I got. From this experience, I will not be coming back and will continue to do my own nails at home. Update: My nails are now lifting and the acrylic has already chipped on my ring finger. My nails always look beautiful and I get so many compliments from my friends and also people I greet when I'm out and about. They take appointments but then take walk-ins as well. They have no concept of what an appointment is! Today we sat in cold water for nearly an hour! You are there way longer than you need to be and sometimes they assign one employee to do two people that are there for a same time for a friend pedicure! It is absolutely ridiculous!Angel does not seem to care one bit and basically ignores the fact that there's people walking around who work there doing nothing and you're sitting there waiting with your friend! Special pedicure by Katie was one of the best I ever had. Time to soak, good products used, time spent on exfoliating bottom of feet, and good paint job (by other team member). Massage chair was better than others. It really hit my low and middle back and was very relaxing. For Pedicure, I'd give 5 stars. But for "Dip" Nails, 1 star. Katie did my nails too. She was sweet and took her time but it was way too much time. More than an hour. She initially began by filing my nails along the edges making them thinner and into a shape I did not like. No conversation about shape and following my existing square-round. I told her I didn't want that but we seemed to have a bit of a language barrier. She also added in steps that I hadn't had at other salons including soaking both my hands in acetone which really dried out my skin. Other salons simply use the little Dremel tool which I prefer and is much faster. Unfortunately product wasn't applied evenly on my nails and got on my skin. When I got home I had to remove it and clean up my nail shape. Not what you want to do after spending $45. Four days after application, top coat was peeling off. With my prior dip applications, I had flawless nails for weeks, which is why I love the product, plus it doesn't irritate my skin like acrylics. Katie was a very sweet lady and tried hard but it seems she just doesn't have the experience to properly apply. Sorry to say I won't be returning for "Dip" nails. read more

If you have the misfortune of getting Tia as your tech, It doesn't go well. I've been going to Rosy's for 10 years. The last time I went Tia was my manicurist and I had a wonderful lady do my pedicure. My pedicure still looks good...the mani looked bad from the start. Went in for pedicures a few weeks ago and although they did accommodate us as walk ins, I immediately felt uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness and sanitation practices. No liners in the soaking tubs which means that the water is recirculated through the filters in the basins for every client and unless those filters are cleaned and sertilized on a very regular basis, this is not safe. You are effectively putting your feet in the same water as other customers. The tools were taken out of plastic containers that did not appear clean and I did not see sterilization practices anywhere. Only one person was friendly and the rest truly seemed to wish they were somewhere else. To top it all off, the guy painted my toes before the massage (which was really just slap the lotion on) and therefore never even touched my feet with the scrub or lotion or massage them at all. Thankfully none of us got an infection but we will not be taking that chance again. Would not recommend this place. They need to do better, or do not deserve the business. read more

I went for a pedicure but they did not do the complete package that I purchased. She was supposed to apply the pink lotion on legs and feet and put each foot in a bag and let sit. That did not happen. Also, whenever I have been to any other nail salon and they wrap my legs in a warm towel, each leg is wrapped individually. She asked them to really work on my calluses, especially since they did not need to apply any polish but I got home and she said my calluses were only a little better by about 25%. Most of the reviews on Rosy nails are old (a year and up to 5 years). I have been going to Rosy nails for about 5 years. There certainly are differences in how the technicians work and the quality of the outcomes, but I have not felt like it was ever unclean. There is some clutter (large supply of paper towels in view, water, etc.) but they have very little storage like most strip mall businesses. They do get rushed sometimes and cut out steps (like base coat or great leg massage) but always try to accommodate regulars and walk in customers. If something isn't right speak up at the time-they will make it right. They are usually quite busy so may not have time to sweep up during open hours, but I have been there at closing and they clean pretty extensively. I have switched to other salons occasionally or had to go somewhere else when I was out of town and I always come back because they do a nice job for me (gel for both nails and toes) and they last. Other salons I always have issues with nails breaking off-here that only happens if I end up waiting too long for a fill. I am sure all nail salons will be a little more careful once they get to open again, but speak up if they need to sterilize or if you are upset about something-they need the chance to make it right for you-be kind, give them the benefit of the doubt. read more

I had an amazing experience here. Staff was extremely nice and Adam did an amazing job. For the price I paid I got much more than you get at other salons. $40 and he massaged my swollen feet, used salt and used this lavendar mask on them. I rarely get manicures, because I like to do it myself, and now I know why. I sat down for my manicure and the station had not been cleaned from the last customer. A wipe down with a disinfectant would have been nice. When she pulled out the cuticle clippers from a drawer and the other tools from a drawer, I had the feeling that they were not disinfected. My cuticle was cut and bleeding, she did put some super glue on it. The polish was nice, I just was concerned about the lack of cleanliness. They are reusing gloves, they do not use bowel liners for pedicures and I saw them switch from one person to another without sterilizing the bowel. One person I was with decided to get a pedicure and they did not remove her old polish before putting new polish on.
