I'm going to have to wait a long time for my nails to grow out so I can keep them straight and nice again. I have no idea why she cut the sides so low. She also didn't clean up my cuticles or even clean up the nails. I had to ask another woman to come and clip my nails and help with an ingrown. The nail wasn't fixed and it still hurts. My nails are not cute and I'm not happy. I'm going to have to go to another salon to get them done right. I pad a lot for the pedicure too so I'm really upset about this poor quality.

Communicating was very difficult, but not unusual. The quality of work from the young lady who did…read moremy pedicure was very poor. My nails are supposed to be square across the top and rounded on the edges. They're just cut square and very short. There was minimal cuticle work done and so much not done that the polish looks horrible. The polish actually came off within 30 minutes. This is probably because when I pointed out the issues, she tried to fix the cuticle work after the nails were painted and ended up with kind of a mess. Believe it or not I tipped on this because I just needed to get out. I'll try to post a picture. As a follow-up, I am going on a trip tomorrow and can't get into another salon to get my nails fixed. I stopped at Walmart and bought an entire manicure kit and new polish. Getting home and actually looking at how horribly the work was done, I wish I would have just told them that they needed to redo it because it is so bad. I understand that they've gotten some good reviews, but if you get the young lady that I got, please just wait for someone else. I wish I knew her name, because you may walk out needing more work done than when you went in.

I initially selected four gel colors from the wall I was shown, but all of them were out of stock. I ended up having to choose new colors while my feet were already being soaked and worked on, which felt disorganized. Within just a few days, my gel manicure chipped, so I called to have it fixed. At first, they only offered appointment times during standard 8-5 work hours, either the same day or the next, which wasn't feasible for me. After some back-and-forth, the owner agreed to open 15 minutes early to accommodate me before my flight that weekend. While I appreciated the effort, the repair itself felt rushed--three nails were fixed in about five minutes. Overall, the experience felt hurried and inconvenient, which was disappointing given my previous visits.

The gal (older) was gentle but efficient. My heels (cracked skin) are always a mess and typically they are left raw during pedis. Not so during this visit!
