I have used this salon on and off the past 5 years. I've had a few ladies that were extremely rushy and did not take the time to really focus on my nails. Other times Ive had great experience. However, after today, I will not be returning. See picture below. After a dip color was not done right, part her fault and part the products fault, I said just do a gel polish. So she did and this is how my nails looked when I left. I am very disappointed as I now I have to go home and fix the mess. I will be going back to my other salon who I love. The overall experience wasn't amazing as halfway through my manicure, I was told to sit aside for nearly an hour as she started a completed someone else's manicure. My regular nail salon was closed due to it being Mother's Day. I specifically called this salon to ask for availability for a pedi since it was Mother's Day and I guessed the salon would be busy or closed. I was told they were full at the moment when I called, but I could come in later at 3:30pm. I got there and picked out a gel polish and was seated with my feet in bubbling hot water. I sat there for half an hour and got up and said I've been waiting half an hour, I have to be somewhere. (Don't come here if you have a schedule to keep). First off, don't go off of what their website prices are. They will argue with you and charge you whatever they feel fit. I got a polish change, which should be $10, and an extra $10 for gel polish. She charged me $30. Kept saying that the price I was looking at was a child's price when I showed her on the website that child services were in a completely different area. Then a coworker yelled out "That website is old!" as if that's my problem as a customer. Also a hidden charge for "extra long nails" which wasn't listed on their website either. I called in advance to get appointment scheduled for 3 pedis at the same time. They assured me they had the time available. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment only 2 people were available and my 3rd guest was made to wait for 30 minutes. Then when my guest was 10 minutes into the pedi the nail tech LEFT TO GO DO ANOTHER PERSONS NAILS! And didn't return for 20 freaking minutes!!!!!! I've been here three times over the last two years, and they have done a great job every time. I don't ask for anything too complicated, just simple acrylics as pictured, and they deliver every time! Mine is $55, which I feel is reasonable. They lasted over two weeks, during which I was working doing manual labor, before I decided to take them off myself. Tina and staff are amazing! I was struggling to find a place I really liked close to my home and this place fit the bill! From the first day I went with my mom they were so friendly, clean, had a great amount of color and type options (I.e. gel, polish, dip, extras). As with everywhere, they are short staffed often so making an appointment is a must! Although you should make an appt they have quick turnarounds and are very accommodating! Now that I've been a few times and had Tina each time, she's the owner, and she is so friendly and warm. She loves to chat and find out about you and your family! Got a pedicure with a friend today which it's hard to find a good nail salon out here for some reason so decided to give this salon a try. They were a little busy so my lady had to keep stopping throughout my pedicure to help other customers and also answer the phone which I understand but was disappointed with my french tip pedicure. The worst one I've ever had done and not only that it says $5 for french tip on their menu but then the lady said me that it's actually $10 which I said okay but to then get the worst french tip I've ever gotten by far I wasn't impressed... so sadly still on the hunt for a good nail salon to get a good pedicure read more

I came here based on a friends recommendation, and I'm bummed to say I was pretty disappointed! I got a full set ($45) + a design on 2 nails ($15), and after tip I had spent $70! When I look at my nails and think of the experience I had, I would say these are worth no more than $35. For starters, she clipped my entire nail off straight down to the nub, and cut off a bit of skin on 2 nails. Then when she filed, she went so rough that another spot started to bleed. She did not soak my cuticles, trim them, clean the nail, nothin. She did the set (they're quite a bit shorter than I asked for... like basically no acrylic), painted them, and that's it. No cuticle oil, no lotion, no pampering whatsoever. She didn't talk to me outside of telling me my hand was "too tense." - didn't care to make small talk or ask how I was. It felt like for $70, the employees could be more friendly, could take more time on your nails, do a better quality job, and overall make your experience better. read more
