I've had thousands of pedicures, but hands down this one was the best massage by a long shot!!!! Jamie took her time and really got into the muscles! Lin did my manicure and was the sweetest ever, even with the tight timeline I had she rocked my nails!! I had a really bad experience In another salon in which I had to walk out of in the process of them starting my nails. I called this place and they said they could take me In 45 min ( which was done bc I was in Caldwell so the drive would've took almost that time) I arrived there and was so happy with the appearance. The girl Leah worked on me and WAS AMAZING. She fixed my nails so beautifully and needless to say I will now be driving To Boise from Caldwell every time I need my nails Done. I see some bad reviews on here but I'd say it's worth giving Them a try for yourself ! Every employee I met there did great work. This is the worst place in the valley. I took my 85 year old mother here to get her nails removed because she is having surgery tomorrow. I could not stay in with her because they were burning incense in there and it was affecting my asthma. When my mom came out after getting her nails removed, she stated that we needed to leave because she was in lots of pain. I asked where she was hurting and she said her hands were killing her. I asked her why her hands were hurting and she said because they Pried her finger nails off. I said they didn't soak them off? She said no they use the tool and stuck them under the fake now and pried it off my real nail. She was there for an hour. I did not go in and complain because my mother asked me not to. However, I did call them and let them know that I was reporting them and I am filing a report with the license bureau. I can't believe they were torture somebody like that. My mother has never had her nails removed before.. She did not know that they could be soaked off, which is pain-free as I've had that done before. This place needs to be shut down. To treat a human like that is unbelievable. I really doubt that nail tech would've done that to her 85-year-old mother. I will try and post pictures of what her fingers look like but I won't be able to take them until tomorrow. My mother has been going to this place for three years. She won't be back. read more

I can't attest to their service as I never got a chance to receive it. However- I walked in on a Friday around 4:50 (not great, I know. I was prepared to wait). One if the women asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't. She laughed. Then she told me I could wait at the China Garden next door. Another woman told me they couldn't fit me in until six if I wanted to wait. I politely said "no thank you" and left. I get that you're busy, but there are better ways to handle it than laughing and telling them to go to the restaurant next door and wait. read more

I came in a second time, I had a great experience the first time but now I am never going back. Over all the acrylics look nice but it was a super painful experience. Every time she used the electric nail filer she burned my skin, I felt like she was filing my skin more than my nail. read more

My friend and I had appointments scheduled at 1:30 and didn't get into our chairs until 2:15. We soaked our feet for 20min before they finally came over to us. Very understaffed and a lot of others waiting their turn. It apparently doesn't matter if you have an appointment scheduled or not, you might be waiting a while. Pedi was supposed to be 30min but was only 20min and was unsatisfactory. But hey at least the polish looked good. read more

I took my Mother, friend, daughter and myself for a pedicure today. We arrived at 3:33 and was out the door and in the car at 3:59. I felt like I went through the car wash at the shell station. 40.00 dollars for a basic pedicure with gel polish. Mind you we did not have gel polish on our toes matter of fact I had no polish on my toes, so no removal of polish was needed. The guy that gave me my pedicure used the drumel on my toes nails I'm guess he didn't want to hand buff my toe nails, but for 40 dollars you would think they would take some time and treat their client with TLC. My friend's nail person cut her toe while trimming and cause some bleeding she had to stop the bleeding to continue the pedicure, the dead skin was not removed from her heal. It was the worst pedicure we've ever had. Less than 30 minutes for 40.00 plus 5.00 tip on 4 people. They made 180.00 in less than 30 minutes. It wasn't that it was packed, we were the only ones in the place so they could have taken their time so we could have relaxed enjoy. I will not be back. read more

I went into this Nail Salon based on the positive reviews. I asked to have acrylics, pink and white and half way through I made the comment my nails have NEVER been done this way and she said its gel. I said I asked to have a pink and white fill and she said she didn't do them. To top it off, she cut my nails so short that none of them are even and neither is the French manicure. I asked to have callous remover, they said yes and still didn't do it. I had to out my own shoes on, they said my toes were dry and they were not. My big toe looks like it never had a top coat put on. Keep in mind, if you use their ATM for cash, as they only accept cash or check it charges you $4.00 but it doesn't tell you that on the machine, it only states $2.00. I am going back tomorrow to make them re-do as any business should make it right. I don't usually post but I am SO dissapointed. This is the worse pedicure and supposed fill I have ever had. read more

If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating. I went in to have my nail polish done on my natural nails. I wanted an ombre look, where the tips are darker and fade to a natural look at the cuticle so you don't notice it as much when it starts growing out. Removing the polish was done so roughly I thought she was trying to dig through my entire nail. The girl really didn't know what she was doing and I had to keep telling her I wanted ombre and showed her the colors I had chosen. Before she started the polish she started filing my nails. I told her I didn't want them filed and she said she had to shape them. I don't file my nails to a point (I leave them a bit more square) and she filed so much off each side they looked ridiculous! She finally started the ombre polish and it was horrible! She tried to put in on three different times and it was the worst I have ever seen! I finally told her just to polish them with one solid color. When she finished she charged me $25. Then she told me it was bad because of the color I had chosen!!! I paid her (with no tip) and got out of there as fast as I could. NEVER AGAIN! read more
