I have been going to Studio 3 for years and can highly recommend them. I get gel manicures every three weeks and my husband and I get pedicures. All of the technicians are professional, fun, and every one of them does an excellent job. The salon is always clean, bright, and nicely decorated. They were very friendly & I enjoyed talking with the lady who did my nails.... But my nails were jacked.... I didn't notice it until I got in the car & I didn't wanna be embarrassed going back in. My nails were so thick, not the same length, lumpy & I asked for coffin shape & they were square. She cleaned up my nail bed & did a great job with that but when putting the nail on she didn't push my cuticles back (my nails when done looked like they had grown out over a week) I left & called asked for a refund & they said they don't do that. I am going on a trip & needed them done by today. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed & pay another $35 for them to fix it. Again, very kind people in there but they should've refunded me.... I paid $58 for the nails & the $35 for them to be fixed elsewhere. Their location is 35/40 min away from me, so it's not easy for me to turn around & go back. & honestly I was too nervous to go back & have someone else fix them. Studio 3 is a family owned, well managed nail salon. They all do a beautiful job on nails and make sure they are the right length and shape for you. You are always welcomed with smiles and appointments run on schedule. It is absolutely the cleanest salon I've seen, and the stations are well sanitized after every client. I spent a lot of money and time in the last 7 years with Salon 3 Spa, and over a misunderstanding, embarrassment was dismissed like an old shoe!! I do admit their work has always been impeccable~ I left my old salon because my daughter raved about Salon 3~ My nail technician went on maternal leave and had appointments with the owners only to find out they shuffled me around to here or their person~ I was so happy when my technician was coming back, only to find I was reshuffled, the technician was out with a sick baby~ Always the accommodated one ~ When my technician returned she called at 8:30 PM to see if I could change my 9:00 am appointment to noon, I had a funeral at 12:30 so let me know when to reschedule never thinking she would go back to original 9:00 am~ Thought she had baby things going on~ Was sleeping at 8 hadn't had a chance to check messages~ She calls at 9:10 am where are you? Then, she proceeded to tell me I was no longer her client~ After 7 years!! Once more wanted to charge me for missing an appointment. Don't think so!! What I regret about the whole situation is the lack of customer service, which I was in for over 30 years on aircraft accounts & contracts~ Would have gotten FIRED!! read more

I was really excited to try a pedicure at Studio 3 after a recommendation from someone. The studio is clean, the prices are reasonable, and my toes look great! However, the brunette and blonde who did mine and my friend's pedicures were not even remotely friendly. They seemed annoyed with us and annoyed to be at work. I will not be back. read more

First time at this salon. I asked for a full set of nails (white tip). They turned out absolutely horrible. The length on the left hand was longer than the right and the acrylic was so thick and wide, making the nails look unnatural. Had the nail tech fix them TWICE. When I showed my Husband, his words were, "What in the hell!" I ended up going to DN Nails to have them fixed. The nail tech did such an amazing job cleaning up someone else's mess. My nails look so much better and NATURAL, which was what I wanted in the first place. It's just too bad that I had to spend $85 to have them look this way! read more

October 27 was my second visit to Studio 3 Spa. The nail specialist who worked on my nails is Em. She is so, so sweet and really knows what she is doing. It has taken me a long time to find a salon that feels like home to me and where I feel my nails are given the best of care. UPDATE: I am so disappointed in my experience today at the studio, that I feel the need to write a review. 2-3 weeks ago, I booked 2 mani/pedi appointments for my mom and I. She was coming into town, and I have frequented the salon before and thought it would be a good spot. I confirmed my appointment on Monday 11/11, and then also received the text messages confirming my appt. I walk in today with my mom, and the lady behind the counter had a sour look on her face when I said my name. She then had us sit down, and she went in the back to talk to someone (assuming a manager). I knew this wasn't going to be good...turns out, they cancelled our appointments because "someone with the same last name as you cancelled theirs." Okay....? You don't confirm the first name of someone cancelling? When I questioned them about this all I got was "sorry. Would you like to come back tomorrow?" Other than that, they did not offer to make it right, and we walked out the door disappointed and confused. read more
