After seeing those beautiful Insta pics, I decided to treat myself having taken a 2 year break from pedicures. This place is immaculate from the waiting area, the chairs, the tools, and even the bathrooms. It smells fresh and clean without that overpowering chemical nail salon scent. As others mentioned, all the staff are courteous and friendly. If I wanted to chat, great. If not, no worries so I can read my book and write this review. Nothing is rushed. I treated myself to the #3 pedicure and it just felt so luxurious from the dries fruit in the water to the fresh orange slices. It's also unfathomly quiet in here which I loved. Waze might give you funky directions so look for the entrance of Menchie's. And bring cash if you want to save on credit card fees. read more

Alex is absolutely amazing! I've been going to her for my gel manicures and pedicures since I moved here 2 years ago and she does such a beautiful job every single time. She is incredibly thorough, pays attention to every little detail, and my nails always look perfect when I leave. I was really disappointed with my experience here. The staff was friendly and the customer service was good, but unfortunately the quality of the service was not. The second the technician started drilling off my old gel polish, it became extremely hot and painful. She also didn't do any cuticle work at all. From a distance, my nails didn't look too bad, but once I looked closely, the gel polish was applied very unevenly. There are multiple sheer spots where you can still see my natural nail through the polish, and to make matters worse, my gel pedicure chipped within just a few hours. I've been getting gel pedicures for years, and at my usual salon they last over a month without a single chip. My nails also remain strong. After this appointment, my toenails have been filed so thin that I can literally bend them like paper. The damage is bad enough that I'll unfortunately have to take a break from getting pedicures while they recover. I paid $56 for this service and also left a tip. I expected much better quality for the price. While everyone was kind, I would not return or recommend this salon based on the work I received! read more

I have been to Lush Nail Lounge twice since the opening. The first time my manicure was mediocre for my dip-manicure but my pedicure was great. I decided to try again since new places sometimes need some grace in the beginning. The salon is clean and very pleasant, well decorated. The owner/manager are welcoming. My advise would be to be respectful and speak english when customers are in their seats. There was much talk between three ladies and not in English. What are they talking about, who knows, they are not speaking to me. The other thing would be to NOT call me honey. I am not sure why but I am not their honey! I will try again to break the tie. (same nail tech both times) The cost is higher than any of the other salons I have been to. read more

This is place is very cute but cute does not mean they do good nails. I decided to listen to a friend who wanted to try this new nail place. I would recommend you save your money this was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Not only did the girl who did my nails do a horrible job but my pedicure didn't even last a week. I paid over $50 for it . My heels cracked from how they cleaned the bottom of your feet also they charge $5.00 extra to clean crazy!!! But also my nails are so thin from her grinding them so much they cracked and the polish has peeled. The nails are not shaped I had to explain to her for 10 min what shape means and she still didn't get it. When the guy came To fix my pedicure he also used the grinder to grind my nails even more. So left my nails so messed up. My friends pedicure who someone else did also is just as horrible. I do not recommend this nail salon. This is what my heels look like after pedicure at this place. A few issues. Very nice people, and very welcoming. I went for gel X, pedicure, and a kids manicure and pedicure with gel on the kids manicure. The kids gel manicure took all of 3 minutes to complete. For some reason, they couldn't do my manicure and pedicure at the same time but failed to tell me so spent over 2 hours at the salon. A bit ridiculous to me. The gel x was subpar. I could tell immediately they were going to start catching on my hair and lifting. And they did, 3 days later. My daughter's gel manicure fell off less than an hour after leaving the salon. Went back to following day to get them fixed. They lasted 2.5 days before they all flaked off again. Her pedicure polish chipped 3 days after. Just not quality I want or need for the price. And the wait time was longer than necessary for a manicure and pedicure. No one wants to be there for 2 hours. read more

i've gone to this place twice since it's been open. I followed Alex from another Nail place, Alex does a really beautiful job and I must commend her attention to detail. However, I was given a ticket when I first walked in the door and was for $51 once my nails were finished the second ticket was $65 and I left an $11 tip. The process was a fill acrylic and gel polish, which came out beautifully. I just believe the cost is really high. I do realize that this is a completely new building and it is beautiful inside however, I don't want to feel as if I'm being taken advantage of every time I walk into a Nail Spa. read more

I rarely leave reviews but I know how much I rely on them when choosing a nail salon. Lush Nail Lounge is by far the best salon I've found in the TV. Not only is the facility gorgeous, but the staff is so friendly and courteous. Their communication was ton notch and even though they ran a little behind for my appointment, they made sure I was seated in my chair, offered me snacks and drinks and told me how long the wait was. The wait was less than the time they predicted and I was out of there in an hour. I chose the basic pedicure with gel and it turned out beautifully. There was no hidden fees and I paid exactly what was listed for the services chosen. I will continue to go to Lush Nail Lounge and highly recommend you do too! read more
