Never again!!! Popped in to treat myself to a gel manicure and was able to get seated right away. The lady filed and clipped my nails into nubs, she dramatically shook her arms around because she said my hands are stiff, she dremel'd my nails till it burned, she applied top coat so uneven I can feel it. I've been there once & will go back. So far they are efficient, friendly and a price that doesn't break the budget, for which I'm thankful.

If you asked me 6 months ago it would of been a 4 but since the change in staff things (cleanliness and service) have really gone downhill!

I really wanted to love this place because it's close to home. It was great when I first started going in a year and a half ago, but the last year has been a poor experience mostly every time. The family staff is nice. However, My nails either look messy to the point I have to clean and shape them up, or don't last near as long as they should. This last time two of my acrylics came off in less than a week, and I had to go somewhere else to get a fill. The pricing is also quite ridiculous if you want anything but plain nails. I was happy that they could get me in last minute.... however, everything was awful! I had a gel pedicure & gel manicure done. The lady that did mine was rude. Don't know her name. She snapped at me several times, she was rough, she laughed at the shape of my toes, she didn't talk to me at all. She was quick & rough With both service's. I have 5 kids, I went in to pamper myself & I felt anything but pampered. She even adjusted my massage chair for me to make to make it easier for her I guess which made me uncomfortable the entire pedicure. And she yanked the nail option chart thing out of my hands bc apparently my feet weren't relaxed enough for her! I'm shaking mad rn! Only reason I didn't give them a 1 star is bc they were able to get my in last minute & the polish was pretty at the end but the entire experience was dreadful! read more

My daughter and I went to this Salon last night, me for gel nails and pedicure, and her for nails and eye brow waxing. We were seated immediately, the other patrons and us all had a great time!! We were all chatting, telling stories and cracking up. My nails and toes came out perfect!! Nails were black gel with silver glitter and toes were metallic gray. So happy to have a nail salon in Kuna! I was able to make an appointment Friday afternoon for a 1pm Saturday mani-pedi. It was pretty busy when I got there, but by 2pm it was very quiet. If you don't mind waiting until the afternoon on Saturday you could walk right in. The salon is nice and clean and painted in bright colors. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Lots of colors to choose from. The massage chair for the pedicure was wonderful and not worn out like many other places. But the place is still new, so that could be why. Decent prices and very friendly staff. Kelley did my nails and I'd go back to her again. She was very attentive to detail and always made sure she was doing what I asked. And all the staff offered bottles of water. The one thing that was strange was someone who I would assume was the manager or maybe owner. I think he helped direct some the "traffic" at busy times, but most of the time he spent in the middle of the room watching over everyone. It gave me a weird vibe and gave the feeling of a sweatshop. He didn't talk or help any of the staff. Just stood and did some form of supervising. Very convenient location for Kuna. My nails and toes are definitely ready for spring. read more

Went here thinking I could get a nice inexpensive set of nails before my trip out of town... Went in thinking I would pay $25-$30 and when she was done she told me it was 50 bucks. All I got was a set of French tips! The smile lines were crooked and the nails were bulky!! Don't go here unless you want to get screwed out of your money. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. We were asked to wear masks and they checked out temperature upon arrival. Everyone was really nice. The lady who did my eyebrows did a fantastic job! She also gave me a pedi and mani. She really rushed through the pedi and mani. She scrubbed my feet really hard, I've never been physically uncomfortable in a pedi chair before. There was visible inconsistencies and air bubbles in the paint. I got my nails done on Saturday for my engagement photo shoot and they were not that great but from far away are ok. Today is the 4 day since my mani and the paint is chipping off. went in for a pink and white, short coffin tip nails, and though they charged me extra for that I walked out with straight, LONG nails...NO pink and white. They are very limited and they charge extra for everything they do and frown if you don't leave a big tip. I advise you drive to Meridian if you want a job well done without hidden fees. It makes no sense to pay Boise prizes for half ass job. I'm now sitting here filling down these ugly nails so that I can type. This Salon is a wonderful Gem for us out in Kuna! The entire staff is delightful! I've had my nails done here a half dozen times or so, and by 3 separate techs and each time they are better than my expectations! They are SO reasonably priced compared to other salons I've been to in Meridian and Boise. If you haven't been here their pedicures are amazing and you get the full sugar scrub and the lotion and oil massage after smells wonderful! Went to get my nails done. None of them are the same shape. There's acrylic under almost all of my nails. Wifi made me very uncomfortable and were making jokes and comments where for the first time ever all I could do was sit there and uncomfortably giggle. When another lady had to do my design she said it was super simple (cow print) and she asked if he wanted to watch so he could learn and he said noooo and then sat there on his phone. I went there when it opened and hated my experience. So I hoped coming back 4 years later I would see some improvement. Also he didn't know the prices and had to text the boss who was working out at a gym. You've been doing nails for 4 years at least at the same place how do you not know. Towards the end he started rushing and telling me how it's not fair how the boss gets to leave early and he has to stay late and how he needs to do something with his life and made me feel unwanted. read more
