I hate to leave three stars but I have to say it was the worst nail job I have ever gotten anywhere. When I walked in everyone was very professional and the place was clean and people seem very nice. I don't know what they use but their acrylics nails were popping off after week of application. And the gentleman that did my pedicure set and brag about himself for a while and said he was the owners brother but honestly I cannot believe how bad my toes left. Made an appointment for first thing with a specific tech. Someone else tried to do my nails They switched out. My pedicure is ok, nails look really good however. When people left they were not cleaning the chairs or stations. Then one of the techs started trimming his toe nails at his station and let them drop to the floor. He didn't even get up and go wash his hands afterwards. Really questioning the cleanliness of this nail salon... Tried calling the manager and she didn't seem concerned. read more

My daughter and I love to splurge on manicures every once in a while so we decided to give Deluxe a try. They were great! We made an appointment earlier that week so when we arrived we were seated right away. The staff were very kind and courteous. Nails turned out great! Here we are almost 3 weeks later and our nails are still looking gorgeous!! My daughter even had a jewel put on her nails and they are still intact. Best gel nails we have ever had! Very clean, friendly. On time with appointments. Techs experienced and do a great job.

My first pedicure and nails since Covid- so I was extremely disappointed with a 20 minute pedicure. Two clips of the toes and no filing whatsoever. I was frightened to see the old used brush come out to scrub my feet. The tub was NOT sanitary and no plastic liner was used. Not a word was spoken by my technician- and I know he could speak English. I tried to strike up a conversation, but that didn't work. I asked for French nails, but the Tech argued with me and told me it wouldn't look good. I'm sorry- but I've been getting my nails done for 30 years- so I know better! You would think that a business would make a little more effort to attract new customers after closing for so long. I will not be returning to Deluxe Nails. read more

On the referral from a coworker, I tried Deluxe for my gel polish mani. Tracie is my nail tech. I love her work! She's very quick and good. She is sweetband kind. My nails look spectacular and I will take a pic next time. If you go to Deluxe, I have heard that all the nail techs are great. Oh and, a gel mani is just $20. Bargain! read more

Worst nail shop ever. I was not greeted nicely and wasn't told correct price by the nail technicians . My nails look horrible and was painted very sloppy. If I could put 0 stars I would . Honestly I went in because of a coworker and the online special. What should have cost me well under $100.00 for my daughter & I to get a gel mani and pedi cost me over $135.00. I confirmed the cost when I made the apt as well. I don't feel that this is a great way to run a business. So if you're on a budget be aware of the prices of your service before hand. read more

Not sure who I got, cuz they never introduced themselves. Got an appointment right away, since the place was packed on a Thursday. However the guy with an earring rushed my pedicure yet there was no one waiting. He was really ruff as well. My feet weren't that dirty, but he scrubbed them with a brush, (which was very abrasive) as if my feet were filthy. I did not feel very welcomed. I'll give it a 3, because it was reasonably price, place was clean and I was gotten in within an hour of just dropping by. I went to Deluxe Nails & Spa today for the first time. I was scheduled for a pedicure and Pink & White fill. After my pedicure, I sat down to have the Pink & White fill done. The girl insisted that I needed a full set. I told her that I had just gotten a full set a month ago and I just wanted a fill. She kept insisting and then yelled across the salon for another girl. When she came over they both started yelling at me saying I must have a full set done. I said why are you getting so aggressive with me, I only want a Pink and White fill. After about 5 minutes of this I got up to leave and a third one starting yelling at me saying "it's you fault" I asked how is it my fault and she said because I wouldn't let the other girl do what she wanted with my nails. I paid the $25.00 for the pedicure and left. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and I know what I want done. I have never had this happen to me in 30 years. Went and had a gel manicure done. I was a little nervous because I've had bad experiences in the past with other salons. I had picked out a design on Pintrest and was hoping I could get it done. When I got there I was helped promptly and showed the gentleman what I wanted. He went to work and I couldn't be happier with the end product. The whole staff was very nice and I have received many compliments on my nails. I will be going back to get another mani when this set starts to chip. read more

I don't pamper myself hardly ever, but I thought getting mani/pedi for my daughter's 19th birthday would be a nice treat for her & myself. The staff was very kind and did a great job. I think I've been to every nail salon off of Eagle Road from the freeway to Eagle and Deluxe Nails is THE BEST. I love long nails and am very active - generally not a good mix! I dont know what Kenny's secret is, but my acrylic nails always look super natural, not thick, and they never lift and break! Ever! He has gentle hands and a great eye - he's a perfectionist and it shows! And a BIG HUGE plus is this salon is so much cleaner than any salon I've visited in the last year. Went in for a gel manicure and toenail polish (without pedicure). They had a very young girl do it for me and I don't think she knew what she was doing. They didn't file my nails prior to the polish and the polish was placed very thick and bulky. It has been 4 days and my gel polish is chipping off. Not to mention they are overpriced. Didn't enjoy any part of the experience. I won't be going back. read more
