Libby made my first time experience welcoming, comfortable and personable to my skin care. She was friendly and truly did a wonderful job that during my scalp massage, I fell in and out of naps because it was incredibly relaxing. I could tell she loves what she does and it made me happy that she was excited to provide me a first time experience! Service was great and informative of membership savings and recommendations for further visits. They offered support pillows when I was lying down and a weighted blanket. One thing I would have to say is if they decide to change or upgrade the setting, I would recommend having private rooms for each client as it creates a more peaceful, quiet and private experience like a spa instead of having curtains as boundaries. I could hear other conversations and it started out a bit distracting hence the 4/5 stars. However, I learned to zone it out when Libby started my facials and scalp massage. Overall, cute and clean aesthetics! Truly glad I got Libby for this first experience.

What I didn't expect was the facial to be in an open room like a school separated with curtains. You don't get your own private room with a closed door but it was still pretty relaxing. I was given a complementary chocolate wrapped in gold foil at the end. I would come back if I was ever near one again. Unfortunately, in Seattle, we don't have one!

Now, they have a sleek, well oiled location off of Eagle road with an advanced check-in system. The place is on the modern side but inviting at the same time. Keep in mind that this is a reception-less location so if you didn't book through the app, text or online, you'll have to wait for an esthetician to walk out a client to make an appointment. My first and every other visit after (for over 2 years now) has been with Meg. I was hesitant to put a review out only because they're so incredible that I wanted to keep them as my little secret. But I seriously can't contain my overwhelming gratitude and appreciation for the level of detail, attention to customer care and overall magnificent level of service I receive at every, and I mean every, visit. Meg is strategic when ensuring the ultimate in care. They check in routinely regarding my pain levels, shape/quantity of hair removal for the sensitive areas, always provides excellent advice regarding skin care/maintenance and I never, ever feel judged. This speaks volumes for someone like me who is incredibly self conscious. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend the membership as it has saved me a lot on routine care and the free bonuses are nice. Also best to book at the end of your visit to keep consistent. Love Meg and Hello Sugar!

I wanted my adorable kitties on my nails and Matty really understood the assignment!! She does great nail art, was also very pleasant to talk to and made my experience a relaxing one! I'd come in early and pay extra to get all of that while waiting to be brought back for my scheduled services so take note, Rain Salon & Spa! This place is a little tricky to find as it's in a building that houses a lot of small businesses (mostly salons/barbershops) but after calling to make sure I was in the right area she came out to find me and walk me to the room. It was a small room but had a very cool vibe and nice dim lighting for relaxation! The facial went by pretty quick as it was only a 40 min facial, but I enjoyed every moment of it as it smelled like mounds and made my skin feel silky smooth afterward! Also, Ryann gave me a goody bag that was a free gift for getting one of the Valentine's themed facials, which had an awesome variety of little skincare samples and, of course, chocolate -yummmy!!! I go to A LOT of different places for my spa services as I like to switch it up and try different treatments as well as meet new people, but she'll likely see me again at some point... especially if they have more fun holiday themed facials coming along !

However, after my most recent experience, I don't think I'll return. My manicure felt very rushed, even though I had an appointment rather than walking in. I initially selected four gel colors from the wall I was shown, but all of them were out of stock. I ended up having to choose new colors while my feet were already being soaked and worked on, which felt disorganized. Within just a few days, my gel manicure chipped, so I called to have it fixed. At first, they only offered appointment times during standard 8-5 work hours, either the same day or the next, which wasn't feasible for me. After some back-and-forth, the owner agreed to open 15 minutes early to accommodate me before my flight that weekend. While I appreciated the effort, the repair itself felt rushed--three nails were fixed in about five minutes. Overall, the experience felt hurried and inconvenient, which was disappointing given my previous visits.

Never had a bad experience, I only went there when I was in town. Anyways this year I came to town, contacted her and asked for an appt. I realized now she's the only one working there which will make sense as you read my review. She is so spacey, does NOT pay attention to detail at all I don't even know how she has a business if it's still even running. She put me down on the wrong date TWICE, no show me once and canceled me 30min before I was set to see her. I was so understanding at first until today when she totally screwed me over!!!! She cancels me because her boyfriend got arrested supposedly. I have been trying to get my lashes done since LAST Thursday, it's not Wednesday of the following week. She always came up with an excuse of why she had her dates wrong or why she can't keep my appt etc. I'm mostly upset because I had to scramble to find someone to do them today since I leave for a 4 day wedding in Sun Valley tomorrow morning. Not only that but my fill was more expensive now since I was past my 2 week mark. She didn't care about a thing!!!! At first she offered to Venmo me which I agreed to since she stood me up and HER no show policy is she charged 100% of the service so I figured yeah you can Venmo me since you no show me and late canceled me. I gave her time to make it right and she hasn't and probably was never going to actually Venmo me. DO NOT GO TO HER AND GIVE HER EVEN ONCE SECOND OF YOUR TIME . Horrible communication and I forgot to add when she no showed I was calling her and texting her because I could not find her business that I drove to from Boise to Nampa which was over 20min.
