Now, they have a sleek, well oiled location off of Eagle road with an advanced check-in system. The place is on the modern side but inviting at the same time. Keep in mind that this is a reception-less location so if you didn't book through the app, text or online, you'll have to wait for an esthetician to walk out a client to make an appointment. My first and every other visit after (for over 2 years now) has been with Meg. I was hesitant to put a review out only because they're so incredible that I wanted to keep them as my little secret. But I seriously can't contain my overwhelming gratitude and appreciation for the level of detail, attention to customer care and overall magnificent level of service I receive at every, and I mean every, visit. Meg is strategic when ensuring the ultimate in care. They check in routinely regarding my pain levels, shape/quantity of hair removal for the sensitive areas, always provides excellent advice regarding skin care/maintenance and I never, ever feel judged. This speaks volumes for someone like me who is incredibly self conscious. If I could give 10 stars I would. Also, Ryann gave me a goody bag that was a free gift for getting one of the Valentine's themed facials, which had an awesome variety of little skincare samples and, of course, chocolate -yummmy!!! However, after my most recent experience, I don't think I'll return. My manicure felt very rushed, even though I had an appointment rather than walking in. I initially selected four gel colors from the wall I was shown, but all of them were out of stock. I ended up having to choose new colors while my feet were already being soaked and worked on, which felt disorganized. Within just a few days, my gel manicure chipped, so I called to have it fixed. At first, they only offered appointment times during standard 8-5 work hours, either the same day or the next, which wasn't feasible for me. After some back-and-forth, the owner agreed to open 15 minutes early to accommodate me before my flight that weekend. While I appreciated the effort, the repair itself felt rushed--three nails were fixed in about five minutes. Overall, the experience felt hurried and inconvenient, which was disappointing given my previous visits.

The bed where she told me to lie down had hair, grass and dander all over it. I tried to wipe it off but there was so much!! GAG. The whole experience was an exercise in what not to do when a client is in your spa. The girl who filled my lashes did not have clean hands. I could smell food as she did my lashes . (GAG 2) She kept checking her phone then took a 10 minute bathroom break!! Her personal hygiene left something to be desired. The whole experience was ghastly. I was there for 2 hours. It was anxiety provoking and I had a back ache when I left . is a matter of time before somebody gets an infection or gets sick. Do they not teach basic hygiene in beauty school? I will not be back.
