Very uncomfortable experience! I called on a Wednesday afternoon (about 3) and was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get in at 4 o clock, only an hour later! Upon my arrival I filled out some quick info, had a glass of water, and boom! It was happening. Very quick, very efficient! Also I LOVED Charity. She was so personable and made the experience a hundred times better. I even told my boyfriend when I got home "She was so nice I wanted to be friends with her just because she was so awesome!" Seriously. Everybody in the facility was so friendly and welcoming. As for sugaring, it did not hurt too much less than the wax. But I was barely even pink and am not tender at all! I especially appreciate their "wax passes" which allow you to buy a certain amount of services and get some for free. For example I get the eyebrow wax pass and I buy 9 in advance and get 3 free. That is a year of eyebrow waxes for me. Their appointment booking system is also very easy, I usually just call in, but they also send text reminders that you can use to reschedule appointments. You can usually get in same day and they are flexible with their reschedule/cancellation policy. This makes it easy for me to rebook if life happens and I'm not able to make my appointment.
