Zen Spa is my go-to when I just need someone to actually work out the knots and tension without a big production around it. It's a clean, no-frills Asian massage spot, and honestly that's exactly why I like it. I'm not someone who plans spa days weeks in advance, so I appreciate that I can usually just call when I suddenly realize my shoulders have turned into concrete. It can be hard to get the same massage therapist every time or maintain a regular schedule, but for me that actually works better since my availability is always changing last minute. Everyone has always been polite, the space is clean, and the focus is really on the massage itself rather than the "luxury spa" experience. Simple, straightforward, and reliable. read more

I took my mother to get a massage for her birthday and as soon as I walked in I knew I would be coming back. The atmosphere is very calming from the moment you walk in, everyone was very hospitable and kind. This was such a wonderful place for a multitude of reasons: First off, I had been going through a lot of physical and emotional stress before New Year's and wanted to schedule a last minute massage. Not only did they get me in within the same week which is very abnormal for a lot of places that require more advanced notice), but they got me in within 24 hours. Secondly, the massage therapist that worked on me did such a great job. When asked for deep tissue she did just that and also incorporated aromatherapy and hot stone massage techniques to help with all of that. She was extremely professional and worked very diligently. Lastly, I walked out of feeling much lighter on my feet and totally relaxed- with a lot of muscular tension and stress relieved. This was my first visit and very impressed. I'm a member of Massage Envy and I have to say these guys are a step above in their talents! I was in the hotel business years so I'm used to great spas and good masseuses! They are right there at a fraction of the cost. I had the 60 Min Foot massage for only $40! It was clean, neat, everyone wore masks and very comfortable. Guests were positioned at the far corners of the room with about 10-15 ft between us which I really appreciated. They offer everything from foot massages to full body and Combos. 30 min to 90 min. They have a new regular customer for sure! read more

Great massage, great service. However, upon payment, the man insisted I give a higher tip than I had already paid. He demanded I run my card again to give him a higher tip. I did so, simply because it was a terribly awkward situation. It ended up being a 25% tip, which was not my choice. Demanding tips is rude, especially when I had already given a tip. read more

As a massage therapist, I'm always on the lookout for good massage businesses in my area. I got a foot massage here the first week after I moved here. Ya know, moving makes the whole body achy - especially da feets. Since then, I've been there 4 or 5 times mostly for foot massages. One time for a full-body. The foot massages are definitely worth $40 (and they will hit you up for a tip when you pay). Had three different therapists and they all follow the same routine. It's like a full-body massage, but you don't have to disrobe. The place is clean, quiet and they follow covid recomendations. They take walk-ins and last minute appointments - which is great for me, cuz I like being spontaneous. It's like a surprise gift for myself. I've been here 3 times now and I'm always impressed. I've sampled a couple since I moved to the Boise area, and so far this is my favorite place. The first time I went, I got a 1 hour foot massage. I had a male therapist, and it was a very relaxing experience. A little too much pressure around the neck, but other than that, it was great. The second time I got a 1 hour foot massage with a female therapist, and I decided to add the Rose sea salt powder for its antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, not to mention it's nourishing. I was relaxed the whole time. She had my pressure perfect, which was impressive. The most recent time, I got a combo massage with the herb powder added to the foot massage. They add free hot stones to both to help stimulate blood flow. Most places add it just to the body massage portion. It was a pleasant surprise. I asked and received a few more minutes with the hot stones just resting on my lower back because that's where I get pain, she worked that area especially well. Again, very impressed and I'll keep coming back when I have a little bit of extra cash to spend! read more

My wife and I needed something special yesterday after a hectic weekend. So we came across Natural foot spa. My wife got the 1 hour foot massage. I was feeling sore in the back so opted for the one hour full body massage. My wife's foot massage ended up including hands, arms, shoulders, head, and back. She loved it and the 60 minutes only cost 30 bucks. My full body was excellent. She checked on the pressure to use and held to that for the whole massage, which also included hot stones. I have a regular masseuse but will supplement her with Natural foot spa Their table was a little bit of a surprise to me to get used to. They had a cutout in the table for the face rather than something off the end of the table to hold the head. It was a little awkward getting used to as it pressed against my throat. But I just had to find the right position. I soon forgot about it and just enjoyed the great massage. read more

My normal foot massage place was booked until tonight so since I was already over in Meridian I thought I'd give this place a try. Seriously - best decision ever. I made an appointment an hour early and when I arrived Owen was running 5 minutes behind, but that was okay because I wasn't in a hurry. I chose the 30 min foot massage - which includes a 5 min head and arm massage. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I work about 55 hours a week on my feet so I have a lot of knots and they're always sore. Owen literally worked out so many of my knots and my feet feel like they are new ones that I got transplanted on me! Lol. He's really great as his job it seems. I have been to quite a few foot spas in other state, the quality of each spa is different. My first time at this foot spa, and I really enjoyed it! I guess I was lucky when I went early in the morning and no one else was there. I had an hour foot massage, but the massage actually is from head to toe. The massage was really relaxing and I fell asleep (in the middle of the day). I believe I snored. Since the foot massage business here is not as competitive as other state (such as in CA), the price is considered "high" (comparing the average income here and L.A., also the price point of the service), however, the price is pretty standard here and it is reasonable (just because it is not as inexpensive as other cities, it does not mean the price is not reasonable) The place is a bit far from where I live, but I would not mind to come back again. read more

Great spa! It's very quiet and relaxing. My sister and I got the 1 hr foot and full body combo. It's fully clothed and they place towels over you stay warm. Please remember you can always ask for a pressure change, whether that's softer or harder. You can also request a focus on a certain area. Please always tip your massage therapist! They work very hard, especially with the cost being so reasonable for the massage, they really appreciate tips. I'm always sure to bring $10-15 in cash just for the tip. read more

Based on the reviews I was excited and scheduled my appointment. I had a male therapist and he didn't seem to have had any official "training". He didn't fully understand the anatomy of a foot. He just rubbed back and forth in the same direction. My boyfriend could have done a better job than what I experienced. Maybe some of the ladies are better but I was not impressed. I've had numerous foot massages so I do have high expectations and can tell if the therapist is professionally trained. This one was not. I'll have to try another place. read more

Wow, what a great find. I'll be going back very soon. I got the hour foot massage. You sit in a chair and put your feet in hot water and sit back and relax. They start on your head, then to your neck, hands and shoulders. Once they finish there, they remove your feet from the water and start on the feet. Oh, it was heaven. We went and got the 30 min foot massages. The lady doing my brother's got up and left 3 times to talk to people who walked in. I thought that was very unprofessional. All of the people giving the massages we talking a lot throughout the entire thing. When I was paying, the main lady said, "that's all your tipping me for 3 people?!"... Uh yes. I tipped her 18.5%. Moved here from Atlanta this summer where there are a ton of foot massage places and I've tried most of them :) I'm pretty particular and this place is amazing. While your feet are soaking they do your arms/scalp/face. Then they cover your eyes with a towel while they work on feet. They finish up by having you turn over and work your entire back side. I had bookmarked 3-4 places to try but this was the first and I never bothered to try others! Great hours and absolutely can't beat the price. read more

I have been into this foot spa on multiple occasions and have had wonderful if not amazing service. Today I scheduled an appointment for a 30 minute foot massage, I arrived for my appointment on time, my massage began and I fell asleep. After waking and realizing my 30 minutes was up I was told my massage wasn't over, assuming she had a finishing phase to do I laid back down. I was then asked to flip over for back, I told them I was just scheduled for a 30 minute foot service, I was informed that I was given an hour long service and would be charged for the hour long service. The women had no intentions of understanding that I did not receive nor request a 1 hour service but insisted on charging me for the service I never received. I have had Foot Reflexology Massages in many cities and places. My frustration is with the consistency of the treatment and being able to talk with the people doing the work. This place delivered for both my wife and myself. Li is the BEST out of over 100 therapists I have seen. My legs and feet haven't felt this good in years, and for only $30 for an hour. Great to be able to call ahead and make sure we could get in. Also noticed the bathroom was spotless. Do yourself a favor, go here. I'm just sorry I live in Texas. read more
