Don't go here , they were filming me with thier phone while giving the massage one handed . Definitely will NOT return to here again.

The facade outside doesn't do justice to the quality inside. Sunshine spa is excellent when it comes to a serene atmosphere, affordable prices, clean and comfortable environment, and kind and talented massage therapists. You'll leave feeling better than ever, relaxed and refreshed! Highly recommend for anyone looking for some self care! read more

Ambiance: 4/5 Massage: 4/5 I feel a bit bad that I came in around 6:30pm.... The lady's stomach kept growling and it was pretty funny and she kept apologizing. Don't expect to fall asleep during this massage as there is a bit of tugging and pushing involved. I appreciated that she focused on the area between the shoulder blades without me asking as that was the spot with a lot of knots. The massage surprisingly actually felt like more than 60 minutes. read more

Just had a 2 hour massage from Tina at Sunshine Massage. Excellent! Non-stop head to toe for 2 hours. Melted the sore muscles and joints away. I highly recommend booking her. read more

Just called to inquire about massage services. The person who answered, hung up in my face

Excellent service and price!! My husband and I go frequently and they have always been accommodating with scheduling. The massage is always satisfying and relaxin!! We are always happy with the staff and will continue to go to Sunshine Massage. read more

I went and got a foot massage and their prices have doubled and their customer service was horrible! While getting a 60min massage, the lady was answering the phone and she kept leaving me to go up front to help other customers walking in the front door! I was not going to tip because it was the worse experience ever! She argued with me and kept saying I needed to tip her! I left her an extra $5 but I shouldn't have and will never go back! Tipping for a service is because you did a good service, not just because you think you are "owed" one! read more

I've come here twice while passing through town. The body massages are good, very professional and unlike some other places, they speak enough English that there's no confusion in what you're asking for, what you're paying for and what directions they're trying to give during the massage. My only reason for not giving all 5 stars, I've had well over 100 foot massages and this one fell short in comparison to other places. Generally (not always) your feet soak and you receive a facial/scalp massage while they soak - even if you get a combination massage where time is split between body and feet. This combination massage was done completely on the table, no soaking, no facial massage, and very little pressure applied to the feet during the massage. This may just be the way they do combo massages. The foot only may be done in a more typical manor, I've never had one done here. read more

Not the best but not the worst. The masseuse has some odd massage techniques that made it difficult to relax. Her technique was abrasive and the best way to describe it is that it felt like I was a carrot or potato being skinned. It wasn't smooth and firm, it was short and choppy. Last complaint is that the warm towel used to wipe off oil wasn't warm, just a wet cold abrasive towel. Not a fan. read more

I used to love this place!! Would go at least twice a month for the last 6 years and they have gone down hill fast and charged $10 more. They refuse to start the reflexology massage with your head, no pressure points, ears, or rubbing your temples. Instead they start on your arms and Skip your head completely. It's terrible and not the way to start off a good reflexology massage. They used to have reflexology massage technicians that added their special touch to the normal routine that made it amazing, But not no more those people left. I am so sad and disappointed in this place now because it's 10 minutes from where I live. $40 for a reflexology massage plus a tip is very expensive for what you get. In more expensive states they are $25 an hour. read more

My new place to go to get massage! This place is relaxing & clean! They don't have a very big room, the most they can fit in there is 4 people in their biggest room but they have 3 other rooms. I paid $30 for one hour foot massage; it's includes head, neck, shoulder, arm hands, foot, back, lower back back massage & a foot scrub! What a bargain! I feel like a new person afterwards! I will be back for sure! read more

Sunshine Massage Spa - Massage Near Me - Meridian, Idaho

I have been going to them for 7 YEARS . Not only have I bought dozens of gift cards for friends and family, but I have personally invested hundreds of dollars into this establishment. I bought my mother a $100 gift card this Christmas... They will not honor gift her card even though the reason my mother could not go until now was because of Covid. And they were CLOSED for months because of COVID and she couldn't go. We will not be going back and I will not refer my friends and family. Furthermore, today they answered the phone multiple times while giving me a massage. The amount of unprofessionalism at this place is sad. It didn't use to be this way. read more

I had a good body massage there & will probably return. Price is reasonable, low lighting conditions, quiet environment good quality massage. The therapist enquired about the pressure level when we first started and kept it consistent throughout the session. I was satisfied with the service. read more

Sunshine Massage Spa - Sunshine massage spa - Massage Near Me - Meridian, Idaho

I dropped my kids at the theater across the way and had some time to kill so I decided it was best spent here. I've been to this location once before about three years ago and enjoyed it then. I called about 7:15 PM and they fit me right in. I got the 60-minute foot reflexology massage ($40+tip). The fully-clothed "foot massage" also includes arms, neck, and back. I didn't catch my therapist's name but she was very good. A gentle touch but not too soft. Of course, they are always responsive if you tell them you want more or less pressure. I'm pretty sure my massage went the full 60 minutes or more. I always plan on tipping 20-25%. You may get attitude if you try to be (what they consider) cheap as some others have mentioned, but since I don't do that, I can't speak from experience. Anyway, I highly recommend this establishment. It's clean, the rooms are semi private, and it was nice and quiet. I always recommend wearing summer clothing, such as shorts and a tank top, but at the very least, pants that pull up to the knees and shirts that are loose enough to reach into the neck and upper back. They are pretty careful, but it's not impossible to get massage oil on your clothes so don't wear silk, etc. read more

I feel very lucky to have this place within a 10 minute drive. I have been here twice now, both with last minute notice, and both times the experience has been wonderful. I have only got the 30 min massage both times, so I can't speak for their foot massage or reflexology. They make great use of their time and really focus on the entire back, even using hot stones. I appreciate that they also use a warm towel at the end so you don't leave still lathered in oil. By the end of my appointment today I was practically cross-eyed and so relaxed I had to take a breather in my car before driving, and I mean that in the best way possible. read more

New owners last few years have caused this place to go downhill and upped their prices. it feels like a tense environment which is hard to relax in. This used to be a great place 5 years ago and I'm beyond disappointed in the poor quality of service now offered for a high price. The people don't seem trained and minimally go through the motions not caring to be any good at it. They refuse to massage face or head which is how all reflexology massages begin. Also any time you have a full punch card to use, they change the rules and rip you off. It's always something. I don't know how they stay in busines. read more

Dropped off my husband at work in the morning and decided to get a foot massage nearby his office. Not a big place, small and it is OK. I walked in without an appt. around 10:15 a.m. and was led to a semi private room. There are only about 4 chairs out there, like I mentioned, not big. The lady was very nice and did a good job. Not the best I have tried but it was good enough to relax my muscles (if I have any...Ha). After the massage, they offered me a bottle of water, which is awesome to me. I believe that one needs to drink warm water after reflexiology massage, it helps to cleanse out the detox, so I appreciated the drink a lot. They also offer a reward card, by having 10 massages, you will receive 30 min free on your 11th massage. They have 2 different kinds of foot massage, I picked the one with back massage. They also have 30 min. Foot massage only for $20, which I think is great for people in the office for a quick break. Will I go back? Most likely if I am in the neighborhood. read more

I tried to call them to purchase a gift card for my wife for Mothers Day and a recording came on and said that the number I called DOES NOT ACCEPT INCOMING CALLS , I have never heard of any business NOT accepting incoming calls, the phone is a business live line. On to the next Massage place to spend my money! read more

Great service and friendly people! Both the traditional foot massage and the oil massage were great and they were able to accommodate all 4 of our group at the same time. Would recommend this place! read more

This is the best massage in town, it also happens to be quite a deal. Get the stone massage if you have no issues with being naked (covered with towel) otherwise go with the foot massage. I've never been able to do a walk in appointment here, so plan accordingly. The only downside for me at least is the massage chair is too high when I'm getting a foot massage. I'm 5'4" and recommend asking for a stool under the soaking tub to avoid lower back strain. read more

Maggie is the BEST!!!! Very professional and the massage helped my hips so much!! Price is great also.

Lona, Peter and Wynn were extremely professional, accommodating and nice. It says foot massage, but definitely not JUST a foot massage! It was a fully clothed body massage with a detailed foot massage. WOW!! Lots of deep tissue and stress points hit and lots of tension released. I had no idea you could pay $30 for a full hour of such quality... The only thing close to negative I would say is I have bad hips and lower back. So while she was massaging my shoulders, head and neck, I was lying on my back on the table with my feet hanging over the edge of the table soaking in the water bucket. my hips and back did not like that and I did start to hurt. Maybe a pillow or rolled towel under the knees or lower back to help support. :) Now that I know what to expect, next time I will be prepared! Yes, definitely a next time to come!! Thank you Sunshine Massage! read more

I am so happy I found this place! It was such a refreshing & relaxing foot massage. I've never had a foot massage where they took such care and time to do such a thorough job! I was pleasantly surprised that they also massaged my neck, shoulders, back, and arms! Everything was clean and smelled pleasant. I felt like a new woman afterwards. I'll definitely plan on coming back! I was also pleased with the price. read more

Great place, easy to get an appointment. Massage was one of the best and the price was great.

The work here has always been good. I've spent thousands here over the past couple years. Prices have gone up considerably and now are much higher than other places with licensed therapists. What really got me was I left a 10.00 tip and was informed I needed to leave more that it wasn't going to be enough. I work in the service industry so I know how it is a very few tip well, some tip a little and unfortunately a lot tip NOTHING! That's how it goes you don't have to leave anything for a tip and sadly most these businesses are taking advantage of employees who deserve more, but never have I told one of my customers they HAVE to tip me or even be so BRAZEN as to say you must tip me more so I WONT BE GOING BACK. read more

Honestly I love this place! They are so good about getting you in last minute and they always deliver on relaxing me by the end of the hour!

Amazing foot massage. Quiet and relaxing !! I walk away feeling relaxed and yet refreshed

This was the first massage for both my husband and I, and even though they don't advertise a couples massage they had a room set up for two people already. We both got the full body deep tissue with oil, it was the most relaxing experience ever. I think the receptionist is new because she thought I couldn't get the full body since I'm 26 weeks pregnant, but the masseuse seemed very well practiced in the prenatal version. I was jealous that my husband got hot stones, but I couldn't since I was not on my stomach. The best experience I could have ever asked for. 10/10 read more

We have patronized these guys for years. Purchased gift certificates for friends, and family. Now, they are not honoring gift certificates from over 6 months ago. We have about $360 worth of certificates that they wont honor. Bad business decision. We wont go back ever. There are many other credible massage businesses in Meridian to patronize. read more

Always do a great job and at a great price. I love the Reflexology Massage..oh and the tea at the end! Love this place !!

This was a great experience, very relaxing and the staff were super polite. A bit of a language barrier but that didn't affect my experience. My companion and I chose a sea-salt foot soak before the massage; this took about 10 min. The other 30 minutes were spent getting the most thorough foot massage of my life! I definitely felt relaxed and pampered. They were able to accommodate my same day appointment. We were given full size water bottles when we left, very nice! read more

Had a great foot massage at this location. Very nice staff and clean establishment. Definitely worth $30 for 60 minutes. I will return.

I recently moved to Boise from LA, California and I've been searching for foot massage places for the past 3 months because I love them. I finally tried this place and it was AMAZING!!!! I would definitely recommend sunshine massage it has great prices, clean, and very friendly. I've found a few places in Boise but they were very over priced.... I don't mind driving 20 min for a massage because it was definitely worth it!!!! read more

I was desperately looking for a place that could take a last minute same day appointment since I was experiencing a horrible headache and left work early. My usual massage therapist was not open on Monday so I found this place. This place far exceeded my expectations! Don't let the outside fool you! When you walk in it's clean and professional! They were very busy but still managed to see me! They guy that did my massage was very nice and was a master at Chinese massage! How do I know this? I've received several massages all throughout Idaho and California from high end spas and his massage technique was impressive! So this place is more of the pressure point deep massages not the soft Swedish massage. He was very skilled in hitting all the right pressure points all along my entire body. He basically got rid of all of the knots in my upper back!! Don't let the stigma of 'Asian massage' places deter you from trying this place out. Everyone there both the men and women were professional and friendly. Might be some language barrier but so what. read more

Most amazing foot and all over body massage. Use of deep pressure makes this a real gem. The low price and service received is unequivocal!

Best massage ever!!! Very clean, kind staff, and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back!!!

It was painful! The pressure was way to hard. My body hurt that night and still hurts. Seriously not relaxing at all. He left the room about five times, people knocking on the door. At one point he got on the bed to get a better reach. It was awkward. When I paid she didn't ask me if I wanted to leave a tip, instead she said "how do you want to pay your tip? In cash or on card?" Don't get me wrong, I was going to leave a tip, but it was almost like I didn't have a choice. read more

Clean, friendly, and the massage was decent. Great prices - $35 for an hour foot/body massage. I would go back again.

Absolutely disappointed in Sunshine Massage Spa. We have been going to this establishment since they opened. After making an appointment, we went in today to have a massage and foot spa. We were told one of our gift certificates had expired 13 days earlier and they would not honor the one gift certificate. Obviously they changed their gift certificates from past certificates that never had a expiration date on them. They would not worked with us and that's fine......NO MORE APPOINTMENTS at this place for us! There are plenty of other spas around the Boise/Meridian area that value customer service, appreciate well established customers and have competitive prices. So if you have a gift certificate, please read the fine print and do not waste your hard earned money, use them before they expire. We have always given their gift certificates for birthdays and holidays. We will continue to do this, Just From A Different Establishment that believes in Customer Service! read more
