We did a couples massage - super laid back, relaxing & enjoyed it immensely! Staff super nice, professional & friendly. Prices are reasonable too. Husband & I did 60 minutes for $140. It's a clean, no-frills Asian massage spot, and honestly that's exactly why I like it. I'm not someone who plans spa days weeks in advance, so I appreciate that I can usually just call when I suddenly realize my shoulders have turned into concrete. It can be hard to get the same massage therapist every time or maintain a regular schedule, but for me that actually works better since my availability is always changing last minute. Everyone has always been polite, the space is clean, and the focus is really on the massage itself rather than the "luxury spa" experience. Simple, straightforward, and reliable.

Worst Massage Experience We've Ever Had August 13th…read more My best friend and I came here for a couples massage expecting to relax, unwind, and enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the worst massage experiences we've ever had. My massage therapist, Sandy used her elbows on my back with so much pressure that it was extremely painful. When she moved to my legs, she wasn't using any oil at all, which made the massage uncomfortable and hurt from the friction. I actually had to stop her and ask her to please put some oil on my legs. My best friend's experience wasn't any better. Her therapist used lotion instead of massage oil, and her massage was painful as well. Neither one of us was able to relax and actually enjoy the experience. The entire appointment felt like a waste of our time and money. A couples massage is supposed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of--not sore, uncomfortable, and frustrated. We both left extremely disappointed. I've had many massages before, and I can honestly say this was the worst massage experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

After my first appointment, I was absolutely astounded that there was no pain in my hand and I could open and close it freely. She also has worked and relieved pain in my sciatic, rotator cuffs, and upper back; and that's in only two visits. I definitely recommend her to anyone with chronic pain.

Karen really understands how muscles work and their relationship to your nervous system. I literally witnessed her healing my daughter's lower back muscle pain back due to an L4/L5 stress fracture. I witnessed Karen showing me which muscles should be firing after a particular motion and which ones should not. She somehow rewired her nervous system to understand that the injury was done healing. (For my daughter, she healed after 9 weeks.) When we left to see Karen, my daughter had back pain. When we got home, my daughter said she did not feel back pain anymore! We are forever grateful for Karen's help! Karen has also worked on me for the past few years. She is the kindest, most passionate, generous human being. You are lucky to have found her! (Karen, I apologize that this review has taken me this long to write. Please forgive me.) We miss you greatly!!!

I decided to go with the 60 min Spa Massage for my first visit which is a massage that also includes a seaweed and matcha green tea mask with essential oils on the back which sounded delightful and it truly was ! Her policy is to pay for your first session ahead of time so she will send an invoice to you to pay..I know some people probably wouldn't like that but I can see why she does it, people can make an appointment randomly and then not show up and then you just wasted the therapist's time and they lost income they were expecting to make when you no show and don't give notice. She also gives you a 10% discount when you pay that invoice for your first service, so that's a nice incentive to pay ahead of time. I arrived a bit late unfortunately and I had paperwork to fill out since it was my first time in so my massage had to get cut a bit short but honestly, I didn't feel like she rushed through it or anything. She also did amazing working out knots in my neck, shoulders and arms while also making it as relaxing as possible for me as I'm not someone who likes to feel like I was hit by a train when I go to get a massage. She incorporated a little gua sha (gua sha is like a scraping technique with a tool), which is something I've never had done before, and it did wonders on my body. She was so kind and even gave me a gift at the end, which was a bottle of lemon scented bath salts, which I look forward to using. This is my year for radical self care. I made a promise to myself - a commitment to prioritize my wellbeing. After endless days of putting others first, I take the leap and schedule in these much needed appointments for me time and as I hit 'confirm', a waive of anticipation washes over me, knowing that soon I'll indulge in moments solely dedicated to my rejuvenation. It's not just massage or spa treatment bookings I make; they are a declaration of self-LOVE and self-care. Thank you, Breanah, for helping me today in honoring my body, mind, and spirit. I will certainly return for further massages and possibly even some reiki sessions at some point.
