Where do I start...the door was left open during my appointment. She kept leaving the room and when she was in the room she was talking with what I assumed was a co-worker in another language. I was only there a half hour and after the first 10 minutes I just wanted it to be over. She was way too rough. It felt like she was just jabbing at me and rubbing her arms on me. Then it felt like she was needing dough on my back. Hours later I still feel bruised on my back...I hurt more now than when it started. This place is terrible. read more

I I've had severe tendinitis in my hip, and after several visits to the emergency room, nothing was helping. First I want to say that I've been a long time customer and have never been disappointed until today. The Nampa location has always been female masseuse only. I took my mom for a massage today and laying naked on the table a man walks in! Ummmm...no. So they sent in a woman. The man then went into my mom's room where she said ummmm...no. They told her there was no one else but they could send a woman over from another location. Now listen, this convo is something that should have happened prior when fully dressed!! Unfortunately my massage was not very good. When I got done I found out my mom didn't even get one! I tried to find out what was happening but conveniently no one spoke English today so I called the Boise location where the man on the phone just argued with me when I was trying to explain. Here is what SHOULD have happened which would have kept me from posting this. 1. Tell your customers upfront that there is a man there now and he'll be doing your massage. That way upfront we could have decided 2. When I called to complain, all I should have heard was: a. I'm sorry b. you are right, we should have communicated c. what can we do to make it up to you I realize that customer service is a dying art but hopefully this will help you to just do better. You've lost a loyal client. Not because you now have men working there but because of how you handled the situation when I did not feel the service was right. read more

Called for an hour massage, booked a 3:00 appointment. I arrived, no one's is at the front desk. When she does come up, she yells "do you have an appointment" I said "for 3, she yelled again do you have an appointment, I said "I called." She demands payment and that I wait 15 minutes. Shows me to my room. I ask where the restroom is, she barks that I go to my room first. I wait for her to show me the towels on the table, then she points down the hall to the restroom. I didn't feel good about the situation and decided to leave after I used the restroom. Hopefully, this review makes it to the owners. read more

Went in for a full body massage. They now will not touch your behind when on your stomach-and that's the biggest muscle of the body! Also when you're on your back they will not touch anything between your shoulders and thighs! So as far as I'm concerned, totally useless. Worst massage experience ever! The head rest was so worn that I had to end massage early due to the headache. Furthest thing from relaxing.

The massage was alright for the most part. The room was a bit chilly, so it felt like I had goosebumps nearly the entire time. The environment here is way too noisy. From the people in the back clanking their dishes that you can hear from the room closest to the front of the store, to the conversations the staff is having in the hallway of the rooms. The girl massaging me had the door open for whatever reason for the first 15 min or so. I could hear every part of a conversation someone else was having with a guy who walked in for a massage with no appointment and how he was surprised he had to show his ID. I finally had to lift my head out from under the towel she had it buried in to ask why the door had to be open during the massage. The amount of noise in this place makes it tough to unplug. The girl massaging me was nice and the massage was alright but I also didn't enjoy having her Converse rubbing on my feet and legs when she climbed onto the table. read more

Worst customer service ever! I called three weeks in advance to schedule a massage for my fiancé before my proposal. After booking the massage and paying $60 I called again the day before to confirm the date and time to make sure the entire proposal went amazingly. But of course when I arrived with my fiancé they told me there was a scheduling issue and had no more openings, refused to reschedule and didn't give me my money back even though I had a confirmation email and had called the day before. Fortunately, my fiancé was very easy going about it and we had an amazing day elsewhere. I will never be coming back to these crooks and am warning anyone that they could scam you too. read more

This is the first time I came here. I had a great experience. The environment is clean and new. I asked the owner, they just had grand opening. Everything looks so nice, and the bed sheet looks like silk, feels really good. People there are really nice and good at what they do. On top of that, there is sauna, which makes ever better. And the price is reasonable. read more

The ladies there were so sweet and hospitable. I got into the place and they went straight to work. I have never, in my life walked out of a place feeling like a brand new person.
