Periodically I get back spasms, and in typical fashion I exhaust my home remedies and treatments…read morebefore I hobble into Golden Massage Spa--now the only place I'll go when I can't walk. The pain in my back was so bad I couldn't stand upright, and for 90 minutes the therapist worked (mostly fought) with my 6'3'' 220 pound frame. While walking on my back she was pressing so hard I thought she was going to push through the roof of the building as I could hear the walls and ceiling flexing! I can't express how grateful I am that they are skilled enough to be able to help me when I was twisted up so badly. The store is super clean and relaxing, as are the curtained rooms. The staff are friendly, responsive, and genuinely want to help. I can't thank them enough and give them incredibly high marks.

She made sure I was comfortable the whole time (even giving me a pillow to put between my legs so my hips didn't hurt) and worked out all my pregnancy body aches. Scheduling was super easy and the environment was clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

8/2026. All things went great! Ten stars if I could! I read reviews on massage therapists first…read more Vonnie had many positive reviews & you can read between the lines on some others. I contacted her, knowing by her reviews that she works Monday-Saturday, so likely wouldn't respond until the end of the day, or on a break, and more likely the following day. She responded within an hour! I gave her my availability and she gave me hers, which was mid September :( I booked it. That far out, along with great reviews, tracks for someone worthy! As much as I really needed a massage, I was willing to wait to see if she was that good. I figured I'd find some subpar massage and tough it out until September. She texted later that she had a cancellation. I snatched that immediately! Me telling ya'll this is like giving up a monster buck zone location, or a awesome fishing hole, or great-grandma's secret recipe, you just don't! Vonnie was everything and more I was hoping for in a massage therapist. She's kind, professional, knows what to ask and knows how to execute it! It was the absolute best massage I have ever had and I have had many and pretty good ones. Head-to-toe, she hit all the right muscles, pressure points, nerves. It was extremely relaxing and just what I needed. She earned every dollar and tip! I am booked for life! I hate writing this review because I don't want to ever have to wait, but I am paying-it-forward to her because she truly deserves it. Vonnie, you are the best! Never leave me hanging
