Then I went to cancel my membership, they still charged me for the next month because although I sent them an email to say I wish to cancel, I didn't send them a second email saying that "yes, I do in fact wish to cancel". So I decided to go in for my last appointment any ways, I actually asked if I could have the member perk, it was not offered, they said that because I canceled, I don't get it. The last appointment was still part of my membership. It just wasn't worth all the hassle.

After the third time asking, I gave up. Oh and I removed my jewelry after she smothered it in product. After the facial was finished, they sent me back into the timeshare room again to the 'closer'.
