What I didn't expect was the facial to be in an open room like a school separated with curtains. You don't get your own private room with a closed door but it was still pretty relaxing. It was also my first time doing facial cupping and I loved it. Kenzie was great. Super knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job. I was given a complementary chocolate wrapped in gold foil at the end. I would come back if I was ever near one again. Unfortunately, in Seattle, we don't have one!

Then I went to cancel my membership, they still charged me for the next month because although I sent them an email to say I wish to cancel, I didn't send them a second email saying that "yes, I do in fact wish to cancel". So I decided to go in for my last appointment any ways, I actually asked if I could have the member perk, it was not offered, they said that because I canceled, I don't get it. The last appointment was still part of my membership. It just wasn't worth all the hassle.

She had me put on a scrub skirt under my arms. She said don't bother taking my jewelry off. She started quickly applying product after product, not one explanation was offered. After the third time asking, I gave up. Oh and I removed my jewelry after she smothered it in product. After the facial was finished, they sent me back into the timeshare room again to the 'closer'. I appreciate the good deal, but you get what you pay for. I would have rather paid for a proper facial and paid more.
