She made sure I was comfortable, gave the step by step for the procedure and went to work. Cleansing, extractions (I requested this), a neck and shoulder massage and lots of red light. I left with my skin feeling fabulous. I highly recommend this place! One little tip, my aesthetician's gloves seem to be a little loose so I can fill them throughout the procedure and they were pretty squeaky especially during the massage. The staff came across as cold and unfriendly, and they looked like they didn't enjoy their jobs. I didn't feel welcomed when I arrived. Matt's medical assistant was also unfriendly and didn't even smile or make an effort to help me feel at ease. The interaction felt very routine and impersonal. While the care I received from Matt was excellent, I hope the office staff can improve the overall patient experience.
