Rutger was my masseuse, he is amazing! He found tense areas that I hadn't realized were there and stretched/massaged them. He also explained to me what areas to maintain and self-treat as I'm training for my first marathon. Courtney gave me the most incredible facial! Since I turned 35 last weekend, I felt obliged to opt for the anti-aging facial.I was so relaxed! She also recommended a chemical peel (I was nervous, as I've never done one before!) and I'm so happy she did.
