- my husband and I booked separate massages, for same time slot with different therapists. They were unable to accommodate. We had to share the same room. Blamed their booking software - immediately turned off by very unkempt grounds, could hear their dog barking through the paper thin door to their residence. Noise from someone in their home. - one therapist wouldn't stop talking about her recent experience with cancer. We just wanted to get out of there. -charged us for 2 hour massages when we had 1 1/2 hours. I discovered the error later. I can't help but wonder how often that happens? Scheduled the massage for my husband for Valentine's Day and received a text from Jennifer 30 min prior to the appointment that she'd have to cancel because she was sick. Seemed very unprofessional that it was such a last minute cancellation! Clearly you know you're sick earlier than right before the appt. Would not recommend and will not bother rescheduling. read more

Terrific massage therapist who was generous with her time. She gave me massages that were both relaxing and restorative. Her studio is attached to her home, which at first was a bit off putting. However, she has it set up so lovely and relaxing, I was immediately comfortable. read more

I have a sports injury from years ago and have been to many massage therapists. It's hard to get work done when you have such a guarded area on your body, so Ive been disappointed by many massage therapists. Jennifer has the perfect mix of deep tissue pressure and strength, with careful gentle maneuvers to accommodate for my injuries. The location is in beautiful historic Caldwell and she's a pleasure to chat with too. She asked me for what I needed worked on, and her treatment delivered! I feel like a noodle. I got the 90 minute really I will just get the 2 hour next time I'm in town. I wondered in here by chance while visiting from out of state. Doug was wonderful. I was a bit skeptical from the area and the look of the store front. It seems like they are under construction or have a project going on in the drive way. Anyways, I am very pleased with the results. My sciatic nerve was killing me prior to my appointment yesterday and today was able to walk and get up with very little discomfort. If you need a massage this is the place to go! I'm new to the area and was a little nervous about finding a new place to go. I hadn't slept more than ten hours in the preceding few days because of neck and back pain and decided I had to find a place ASAP. I called a few places with no luck but when I texted MMT he said he could get me in quickly. I was still skeptical since I didn't see any reviews but this was surprisingly the BEST massage I've had. I know you want to roll your eyes right now and think maybe she hasn't many massages. I've lived in several states and tried many places from the posh to the hole in the wall places. THIS GUY IS GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES. Let's talk specifics. The room was a comfortable temperature, lighting was perfectly dim, music was good, and the place was clean. He asked me if I had any specific concerns and I explained. It started like any other massage but he seemed to find all the trouble spots without me saying a word. Another thing that sets him apart is he wasn't just giving a standard Swedish or deep tissue, he would rotate my arm or my ankle or pinpoint spots and adjust slightly almost like my chiropractor would but more gently. He really seems to care about your total well being not just about making money and moving to the next. This is also the first time I've ever fallen asleep during a massage (slightly embarrassing) but it was so good I don't even care! He even took the time to show me a couple exercises to help with my issues. So if you're in pain, just need to relax, play sports, or just need a break from the kids after home schooling, go see Doug! Seriously, the best massage I've ever had!! read more

I had a knee replacement and PT wasn't going well (my problem, not theirs). My Ortho doc scheduled me for a 'knee manipulation'. I researched that and it didn't sound like fun...but had to be done. I did see a couple places that recommended getting a massage. Not the nice soft rubbing type; the deep muscle massage to break up the scar tissue from the surgery and prepare for 'manipulation'. I didn't know anyone in Caldwell to ask for a recommendation, so more research. Miles Massage was highly recommended. Also, there is that darn serendipity. For the last few months everything I look at, or comes up on my phone, has been ones and twos, mostly 1s. When I pick up my phone to check the time it is often 11:11 or 10:11 or 10:10 AM or PM. I had to meet someone. She told me to go to 111 11th St. I'm not a bit superstitious. Miles Massage is 116 11th St. What the heck, I'll try them. I made an appointment with Jennifer. She knew exactly what my leg needed. It was painful but I have been going twice a week and my leg is better and less painful. I will eventually get that 'nice soft rubbing massage'. Try them.
