I sent my husband for a massage because he's had back problems for years and has recently been in a lot of pain. I'm grateful they got him in within 2 hours of calling. However, when he called me after and told me what happened, I thought he was pulling my leg. He told me CiCi (spelling) did a great job. She asked him medium or hard and he said hard. She did great. He went to pay and left a 20% tip. She pulled out her phone and typed 'tip too little," and flexed on him 3 times through the massage and at the end when he paid. He was caught off guard and left her another $20. I work for tips and get that sometimes we don't get what we think is reasonable, but that is distasteful calling out people for more money. read more

Just had one hundred minute massage with Che Che (sp??). She was very thorough, professional and had great technique with hands and forearms. I have had many massages here in the Treasure Valley and this one was the best. I will definitely ask for her again when I come back soon. Thank you Che Che for an awesome massage. read more

1-12-25 I just had the worst massage I have ever had today at Fire Spa in Meridian. The therapist does not seem to know what is bone versus muscle. She literally was trying to massage my skull, my scapula, and the back of my knees. I mean it when say the bone. I was okay to stop my 90 min massage early, that was the first time in 30+ years of getting massaged anywhere that I was inclined to just stop and be done with the torture. I paid my $100 for the worst massage and tried to exit to wait for my husband in the car. Before I could exit she called the owner who gets on the phone with me and tells me I can have $10 off my next massage. Really. Not happening. First time shame on me, second time will never happen! I actually feel like I was assaulted a should call the cops. Beware folks not worth it. I very seriously doubt she has ever gotten a therapist license she sure does not know body mechanics. read more

After a long day of work. My boyfriend and I needed some body therapy. We got a full body massage for 60 mins. The ambiance was beautiful and calming. The staff was super nice. I really love them! 100% recommend. We are definitely coming back for more. read more

I went in for a swedish massage because I had a bad 3 day long headache that I thought a massage would help. The therapist did not speak English and I had to tell her 5 times that it was too hard of pressure. She was very rough and not gently in any way shape or form. Her cell phone was on the counter and pinged 4 times in the hour. She also had the door open about a foot and there were 2 women talking in the next room, as well as the washing machine going in the hall. NOT relaxing or enjoyable at all. I almost told her to stop. This was the absolute WORSE massage I have ever gotten. I will NEVER go back. I called to complain to the manager Angela, and got the name of my massage therapist. Her name was Ce Ce. I told Angela that Ce Ce needs to learn some English so she can hear what her customers are saying. Angela offered me a discount when I come back next time, but I told her I would NOT be coming back there ever. She would not give me my money back. Came in yesterday for a massage because I had the worst headache. The lady that did my massage was new, she's only been in Idaho for 2 weeks. I came in for the current special that was 30 minutes of massage and 30 minutes on foot reflexology. When taken back to the room she did ask what service I wanted. She proceeded to talk through most of the service about her dating life. It was not relaxing at all to say the least. She was clanging things around throughout the whole hour, not sure if she didn't know where things were but she was very loud. She was not very gentle, yes I had a lot of knots, but just the way she handled my body when moving me into different positions was rough. She also did not do the foot reflexology. Then when it was time to pay, before handing my card back she told me that I needed to tip $20 because I had an hour long service and that I should tip $10 if I had gotten 30 minutes. Then proceeded to stare at me while I wrote my tip amount in. Tipping is based off the quality of the service provided, not the time. This was just an unenjoyable/not relaxing experience and left with a bigger headache than when I arrived. Pretty bummed. read more
