Came here with a friend and had the best massage ever. The atmosphere is so relaxing. We started in the main area with a foot massage plus neck and shoulder Then we moved to a private room for a full body massage and hot rocks. It was so relaxing and he got so many knots out. Both my friend and I want very, very firm pressure and most people don't use enough pressure. But this place did not disappoint. I left feeling so relaxed. Great price for a foot massage. The place was clean, quiet and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised when they massaged my head, face, neck and shoulders while my feet soaked. My masseuse, Charlie, kept checking with me to make sure pressure was good. I also got a body massage (did the combo package). You have a choice between a wet or dry body massage. Dry is with your clothes on. Wet is the option of oil where you are in a private room and remove your clothes. I chose the oil. Charlie added the hot stones to the massage which was great. He really paid attention to my big knots in my back. It felt good at the time but I'm sore today. That's how you know it worked. If you are looking for more of a relaxing massage request light pressure. I requested medium pressure and am sore the next day. I will request Charlie again. Cash tip is their preferred. My fiancé and I have been going here for years, he and I went and got a one hour foot massage. All in all they were good massages. However, his service provider burped in his face during the massage. I really enjoyed mine and ended up giving him a slightly different tip than my fiancé. !!!His service provider stopped us as we were walking away saying "This is it? He got that much and I got this?" Or so I thought - he surprised me with a full body massage and OMG, they far exceeded my expectations. When we arrived I had a slight headache and by the time we left it was gone. I have gone here many many times. The massages are generally very good especially for the price. However, I only give 3 stars because more often than not the workers come in and I'm sure they have just been on their smoke break. The stench is so gross and what makes it worse is they then start with their hands on your face. All you can think about is cigarette hands massaging your face. Best bang for your buck. I have been in several times. I am a former professional tennis player, and DIV 1 College athlete..... so massages are not foreign to me! I am picky. This place is very affordable and they are great. If you are not into deep tissue- say something because the people who work there are strong and do a wonderful job getting those knots out. I would highly recommend. It is an open room atmosphere, so as long as you are okay with that and can relax you will love it.. I brought my 2 month old baby in one visit because he is nursing and they were so sweet about it... normally no kids are allowed because its a spa like environment (totally get it) but they were very understanding about it! I just come along for the relaxation. We also take our daughters along once in a while (don't want our kids to be high maintainance). This is the best Chinese style foot massage parlor in the area. It reminds me of the great places in Chinatown in NYC, except this place does not do true reflexology. You can get an hour long foot massage (which includes some body work as well) for $30. The massage therapists work diligently and do their best to respond to feedback. They recently got a new female receptionist who is more pleasant to deal with than the male who sometimes works the front desk. I think this move will improve the customer service experience. There can also be a little bit of drama due to language barriers. Again, you are paying $30 for an hour long massage. Just keep that in mind if you feel yourself wanting to find something to complain about. My tips for getting good service here: -Schedule an appointment -Figure out which therapist you like, as they have different styles and there is not a ton of consistency. I personally recommend Mike as my favorite. -Don't be stingy with the tip! You are getting a great massage for $30. Tip more than 20%. My understanding is that the massage therapists don't get paid much hourly and largely rely on tips. This is not ideal. I wish they were paid more fairly. But it's so easy to tip $10 for an hour of work when you only had to fork over $30 for the massage. Best to tip in cash too so you can be confident that they are getting be whole tip for themselves. read more

So I've been here a few times now and I love it. I work on my feet in a restaurant for about 55 hours a week, so it's really nice to get my feet worked on from time to time. Usually I get the 1 hour massage and it's a foot/body combo. Today I decided to just get a 30 min foot massage, which also included a mini head massage too. Here's why I'm choosing to write this review right now: At about 4 minutes into my massage, my guy and another guy got in a fight right there in front of myself and two other guests. The guy massaging me stood up, went to the front, and then the two guys started going at it and moved across the floor, getting in each other's face. Another lady then came over and broke it up. The guy returned to me and continued working on me in a pretty intense, slightly aggressive manor. While doing so he continued to speak to the lady, I'm assuming about what was going on, and kept at it for another 5 min. After that, he continued on with my massage and all was well. I went to the register to pay and the girl at the desk asked me if the massage was good, I said yes, paid, and she said thank you as I walked out. What's irritating about this is I didn't receive a single apology for what happened, from any of the staff, even though this was a disturbance to my massage and it was the guy working on me that was causing a scene. It was as if it never happened. I'm not sure if this happens often, but it's really inappropriate for paying customers to have to witness that and then receive no apology whatsoever. Especially since the situation escalated so quickly. I'm not writing this to receive any sort of free anything, I'm still planning on returning to this establishment. I just think the owners should know what's going on and acknowledge that this isn't okay for their employees to do. Regardless of what happened, my massage was still great and it's affordable for me. My husband got me a one hour foot massage. I went today and the massage was pretty good. It extends to pressure massage onto the back and a little of the neck. When the massage was over I handed a tip to the man and he gave me a disgusted look and practically thru it back at me. I tipped a good and fair amount but apparently he was not happy with what I gave him. The lady at the front stated that they are use to receiving close to 20 percent tip. I was shocked. it's unfortunate they ended any future business from me because of this. i guess if you want a pretty good massage you should expect to tip big here. read more

It's very unfortunate because the value of this place has gone down over the years :( when I first started coming to this place, they had a specific massage that each masseuse did, beginning with a face, arm, neck, and hand massage before they even touched your feet. It was to die for. The pressure was hard, to begin with, being that it's for pressure points. If not pushed hard enough, you don't even feel it, which defeats the massage's purpose, in my opinion. It was the consistency of the massage and the pressure that made this place 10/10z I know covid has happened, but since then, they have taken the upper body almost entirely out of the massage and start with the "feet," But they don't rub your feet, they just rub your calf's over and over again. Barley touching your toes and the ball of the foot. I know this sounds nip picky, but it's called an hour " foot massage" why are they rubbing my leg so much and not my actual feet? Each time I go, it's completely different. Each time the pressure is weaker and weaker, and the foot massaging has come to just two motions of rubbing. You had masseuse arguing and fighting verbally right in front of me. It seems they were fighting about who was or wasn't going to massage me. Nice quiet area with low lights and calming music. Starts with your feet in warm water while she began a head and face massage. Never had my ear lobes massaged before and it was great. Basically a full body while wearing leggings and a tank top. Just the right amount of lotion that doesn't leave you feeling greasy. The lady who did my massage what quite small but you'd never know it. She really worked over all the sore spots on my back, arms, legs and neck. This place gives great massages for a fair price but the front door guy is much more into his computer games than doing his job correctly. I have been here 4 times with my wife. 1st time was great, second time I made appointments with 2 female masseuses and he repeated it back to me. When I got there I was told he only only had 2 males (as he pulled his headphones out to step away from his computer game). The 3rd time I was told there were no appointments even though I had made one about 45 minutes prior. And lastly the last time today I arrived after again making an appointment with the front desk for 2 female masseuses and yet again I got stuck with a male masseuse. It was the massage that kept getting better. Yes you are in an open room with other people but once the massage starts you don't even realize there are other people there. I love this place! I just wish they did more with the feet, like pedicures. My first experience was surprising from beginning to end. I didn't expect them to give a body message/rub, but they did. Then I expected the price to be $40-50 for the hour, but it was only $30 for an hour of relaxation. Perfect little in and out spa to get you back up and running after a long week. This has always been one of my favorite places, however,today I went in to use a birthday certificate and when I went to pay the front desk staff member did not agree with my tip and informed me that I must tip 20 percent because that is what they main pay is. The masseuse was standing right there and I had no more cash so ran my debit card for a bigger tip. They not only do your feet, they start with your neck, temples, sinuses, then move to your arms, then feet and then you flip In This recliner turned bed and the do your back. It's only $30!!!! And it's call a foot massage but it's like your whole body. You don't have to take your clothes off if anything and I never felt uncomfortable. I have been going here for years! The one hour foot massages are fantastic as they are a clothes on whole body treatment with special emphasis on the feet which perfect for those who are in their feet a lot. Communication can be a challenge due to language barriers so you have to be super clear and firm with whoever is taking the reservation. I personally like an intense massage and now have a favorite provider at each location and will only book with those two. If they are not available I don't get a massage but the wait is well worth it :) read more
