Went back to Snake River and they beat the price on a similar spa by 500.00 and they did not require a complete payoff before order, I put 5 grand down.Takes about six weeks to get from MFGR. SRPS offers mucho support for your contractor, Landscaper in prep for your spa and sends a team out to inspect prep to make sure your pad or vault is properly prepared. They suggested a real good Electrician who made it all work. My Brother-in-law had a Swim Spa put in by another company and it was a nightmare, ended up costing him more money and he is not happy with the finished product, told me to stay away from them. Suggest you spend the time shopping around for a good Landscaper, prices are night and day and you don't always get the best job with the highest bid and don't let some of these characters force you into a big down payment for them to set on your money for weeks and months in order to get on their schedule. Snake River has a lot of support and it goes on even after you get it delivered. A must in my book.

The employees are so friendly (even if you say your from Ca)! I found myself very comfortable and relaxed talking to them. Our house was not finished yet so we said we would be back in spring. After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. So see, since Covid 19 a lot of stores shut down and business is back ordered with so many trying to get caught up. Our choice was a custom build or buy what's left on the floor. I fell in love with the one on the floor and we grabbed it! It's beautiful, everything we wanted. These guys came out did a land assessment and electriciancame out to make sure we are already to go!! Delivery within 4 days!!!

I liked his attitude so much I was very hopefull and wanted to help him get up and running here in Idaho. I even loaned him money when he needed a new family vehicle. Come to find out that all of the photos he showed me were built by other pool contractors that he simply worked for. I learned a valuable lesson as everything he touched was done wrong. Horribly wrong. I have since spoken with other people that hired Jake to work on their pools and it was one horror story after another. I cannot speak to his skills pouring flatwork or kitchen tile but Jake has no business building swimming pools and the last thing we need here in Idaho is another underqualified swimming pool contractor.

He was not authorized to do warranty work on the equipment, which he did not disclose prior to agreeing to start servicing our pool. The work caused electrical issues with our equipment and control panel, fried the control panel, he put in the wrong panel for our pool that now does not work properly. In the beginning, we agreed to an $80 weekly service fee with chemicals extra, but he assured us our bill wouldn't exceed $450 monthly. The bill went up every month, finally charging us $761 for standard monthly pool service. We were warned we would be overcharged for chemicals, and we were right. Avoid Matt at all costs.

James arrived at short notice, correctly diagnosed the issue - the leak was at the worn impeller bearing - and removed the motor after draining the tub for repair by his expert machinist who replaced the bearing with a new, sealed variant. Not only was this a denial of our throwaway society - the motor itself (branded 'Jacuzzi') was still in great shape and not to be recycled - the cost of repair was half that of replacement. The leak is cured, the refurbished motor is silent and all is working as it should. James is a top class technician of high integrity and is recommended without reservation.

They've all been "good" but today we had the pleasure of working with Austin, and he was GREAT. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond what any one else has. It's the little things that have a huge impact. While he was here he didn't just work on what he had to and leave. He took the time to clean our glass, vacuum inside and out, and leave it nicer than he found it. No it's not required or even expected but that's what makes it so special. He's the first person we've dealt with that will leave an impression good enough to recommend Leisure time as a company as long as his name is attached to it. He made a very long drawn out process end in a very good way, and he deserves to be praised for it.

There were staff milling about but we were told we had to speak to a specific person in order to buy a jacuzzi etc. The jacuzzi is great and was delivered on time. They really did give us a great deal and discounted both the jacuzzi and the fire table we purchased. The staff communication wasn't all that good. Scheduling ancillary services was confusing. We were promised the purchase included x,y, and z but getting it was a bit challenging. Different staff gave us different communication regarding different things. We changed the chemicals we used from bromine to chlorine to salt water but had to learn about servicing our jacuzzi by watching You Tube videos. Their after-care is where they earn their lowest score. The fire table was missing a part and it was challenging to get them to deliver it. Also there was miscommunication regarding getting the table to work for initially it didn't. Turns out it had sat in the show room for years. In summary, good prices, but learn how to service your jacuzzi chemicals, clean it, shock it, etc on your own. The electrical hook up is costly. Also made sure you write down who you talk to and when for they don't get return calls in a timely manner, and staff often seem to not understand what other staff promised and communicated.
