That's why I'm genuinely glad to say this particular PBT location completely breaks that mold. The people here truly care. Take today, for example. I've spent the past month dealing with multiple surgeries and hadn't been able to visit. When I finally walked in, I was immediately greeted with, "Oh my gosh, David--I'm so glad to see you. I've been worried since I haven't seen you in a while. Is everything okay?" That kind of sincerity is rare--and it wasn't a one-time moment. This is how they consistently treat their customers. If more businesses had staff like this, the experience of being a customer would be entirely different. Great job, PBT. Always five stars from me.

They did not Purify Booth for required 10-15 minute's between family members like they should have to Insure Sanitization, Quality of Tan and Health Awareness. Me and my kids got a spray tan and the worker gave us a Higher percentage of DHA color for are pale skin as well as not waiting in between people for Booth Sanitation, therefore leaving us Exposed to Residual Unsanitary Mist and the Tan left us Completely Orange and White splotches all over. I have tried four attempts via email like they said is the best way to get a hold of them to get a hold of a manager since 3/18 and I have heard crickets. Perhaps promote your staff who are actually interested in making the store great?! Each time I've come in to use the sauna - equipment doesn't seem to be working. The clear light hasn't worked for weeks and neither does the halo therapy. I signed up for the wellness program and purchased a lot of great products. I am unsure if management has not properly trained staff or if they are derelict in thier own responsibilities in keeping equipment operable. Normally, one would consider this an incompetence of untrained management, to allow equipment to go unserviced. This kind of oversight should never be placed on staff to be responsible for - I blame managers who are ill equipped. It just says to customers, that there are training issues or a disregard for the health and safety of clients. Perhaps if management at this location would put in a service request to fix the equipment, it would justify my membership ...and others. I'd like to know it is all worth my time and prices paid and committed to paying monthly, for my wellness program. If your customers can't access the full extent of the services and equipment, then we certainly can't justify paying for a monthly service. I was going to speak to the manager today, but she couldn't even make eye contact & just seemed, flighty and unavailable to have a mature conversation. The manager at this location in Eagle is young, yes, but it doesn't mean she should not be held accountable for the failures in equipment and facilitate their repairs, to meet customer needs. When I met the manager (Paige), she seemed rushed, self-absorbed & unwilling to receive or accept constructive criticism or feedback. It was not worth my time. This is why I am attempting to take things up through written communication to resolve concerns, on a district or owner level now. As a customer, I believe at this point a credit or some accountability by management needs to be addressed. I am not new to wellness programs, but as a new customer to PBT - I have planned to continue using PBT....but may also go ahead and change stores. Please know I am also a naturopathic doctor and had planned on sharing PBT's wellness program by recommendation to my clients - but at this time, I'm not sure the Manager at this location is even available, aware, trained or willing to provide the proper level of support. Id like to see PBT as a worthy partner for myself and my clients - but I do believe your management at this location needs an overhaul to ensure it's best success!

She is not professional or trained to work effectively with the public. She is also not honest. I was forced to go up the chain to ensure I was credited for the charges she placed on my account. If you go there, and you are spray tanning. Be sure you get what you pay for. This could be a great place to go. They need to hire intelligent women who are accustomed to dealing with the public and are honest. The other girls were very nice.
