Me and my kids got a spray tan and the worker gave us a Higher percentage of DHA color for are pale skin as well as not waiting in between people for Booth Sanitation, therefore leaving us Exposed to Residual Unsanitary Mist and the Tan left us Completely Orange and White splotches all over. I have tried four attempts via email like they said is the best way to get a hold of them to get a hold of a manager since 3/18 and I have heard crickets. That's why I'm genuinely glad to say this particular PBT location completely breaks that mold. The people here truly care. Take today, for example. I've spent the past month dealing with multiple surgeries and hadn't been able to visit. When I finally walked in, I was immediately greeted with, "Oh my gosh, David--I'm so glad to see you. I've been worried since I haven't seen you in a while. Is everything okay?" That kind of sincerity is rare--and it wasn't a one-time moment. This is how they consistently treat their customers.
