My coworker referred me here, and I got my eyebrows waxed by Jessica, she did an AMAZING job! I mentioned my concern about my brows being asymmetric, and she carefully mapped them out to make them as even as possible. She was super friendly and talkative during the appointment, and she worked VERY fast too. I'll definitely keep coming back here and plan to try their other services as well :) read more

Best treatment in Boise, hands down! I've had a few different services and all were amazing! Jessica's hands are magic! My skin feels amazing, rejuvenated and so soft! For a few more intense treatments involving hair removal and blemish removal Jessica helps me stay calm and talks me through anxiety and it's never as bad as my mind expects. Her room vibe is relaxing, comfortable and therapeutic. Every detail from lighting, music, linens, scent and temperature is so intentional and it makes a huge difference for us that are sensory empaths. The end result - My skin is beautiful and my eyelash tint is AMAZING!!! Marti helped save my face with removing the old pigment of my permanent brows that had gone blue and helping shape them back in place. She explained exactly what it would take and what the timeline would look like and exceed my expectations for service and outcomes! Highly recommended!! read more

These ladies are excellent and provide a variety of great services! Well worth the 30 minute drive.

I discovered this place by following my amazing stylist from another salon. Won't mention the name of the other salon but it was nothing like M Spa! I took a chance on Lindsay Hampton with my hair, mind you she is only the 3rd stylist in my 31 years of life to ever touch my hair haha! If you want someone who is experienced, patient, flexible, passionate and pays attention to detail I would highly recommend Lindsay. She listens to what you want and is great about making sure she's meeting her client's requests. I went from blonde, to red, back to blonde in about 7 months and my am still loving my look, as my hair is not damaged or over done. The salon itself is amazing also. Very welcoming and all the ladies I've had interactions with are warm and friendly. It's cozy and inviting, with a very peaceful atmosphere. read more

Let me just say: I could not live further away in the valley from a Bown Crossing, but I drive clear across town to have Karia do my laser treatments. I went in to this small but fresh little spa on a whim when I was downtown several months ago, and Karia was so pleasant and professional that I haven't gone elsewhere since. This is unusual for me; I usually find spa treatments and haircuts so socially uncomfortable that I rarely stick with anyone, even if they're great at their jobs. Karia makes the whole experience cheerful, quick, and as painless as possible. I highly recommend her! read more

I'm shocked there aren't more reviews for this place because I know their business is doing good! I recently came to M Spa to get my hair done after moving to Boise. I absolutely LOVE the finished product. Highlights are definitely a thing of the past, it's all about balayage (sp?). Definitely recommend M Spa for all your hair needs. In addition to the awesome hair, this place is literally a one stop shop. I'm going in this Friday for a facial. They do massages and spray tans as well. Something tells me I'll be here a lot since it's right down the street from me! read more

Even though Bown Crossing is across town from where I live and even further from where I work, I will happily make the drive so Natalie can shape my brows! She is amazing and I am always thrilled with how my brows look when she's finished. And she's quick! It takes me longer to drive there than it does for her to wax me! I wouldn't have it any other way. read more

I recently made the move from Southern California to Boise, Idaho and found myself on the search for my new, perfect hair stylist. What first caught my eye about M Spa is a handful of it's stylists use "davines" hair products, which is what my past stylist used in California. If you haven't heard of "davines," I urge you to check it out! I booked an appointment with the lovely, Michelle Vinelli for a color and trim. When I arrived to M Spa, I walked into a beautiful, chic, modern and even earthy salon (overall amazing atmosphere) and was welcomed with complimentary goodies including a small selection of beer, red or white wine and, of course, water. Michelle paid close attention to detail and remained engaged, yet professional, with me during the appointment. I believe it is Michelle's personal mission to ensure her client leaves completely satisfied and in love with their hair because she did just that for me. I could not help but give her a hug at the end! The price is a little more than what I am used to, but definitely not outrageous either. I will definitely be going back because it is worth every, single penny! Overall: Beautiful and Clean Salon; Friendly Stylists; Competitive Prices; Great Products and Many Services Offered! Jessie day who does the botox and filler at M Spa did my up keep for many years. I am 36 years old been doing Botox since 25 so my muscles are weak in my face never should need to come in every four weeks.I want to say about 5-6 years I was her client. She and I had a fine relationship tell about 6 months ago I started noticing my Botox wasn't working and my friends were all making comments that they thought I'd given it up. I was even going going in more often. I sent Jessie pics and she brought me in about four weeks after my complaint.Saying that she had other clients upset also. I then sent her a photo four weeks later and my face was moving in all the spots she had given me a "better bottle" I missed three appointments in 5-6 years of being her client she said after I asked her why my Botox was not working she conveniently said because of my missed appointments she can't see me anymore and won't be rescheduling me. I understand the service industry as I am apart of a commission based job but it's pretty obvious she got caught not using what she was charging for. If you are thinking of getting your lips done I'd go to another person. The first time she did mine I got a HUGE blood blister that took 5 weeks to fully heal. The second time ( my last )my lips had volume for 6 months when she charged me extra for the "1special kind" that's supposed to last 12-18 months that is a lie. I had little bump inside my lips the entire time as I've since learned isn't putting it incorrectly and that's why I had the lumpy lips. Don't use her unless you want to be scammed and have lumpy lips. I should of known the first appointment she said I'd get a 50 dollar gift Card from her off brand Botox company that never came. She is also not apart of Brilliant Distinction program which I should of seen as a red flag. read more

Elizabeth is the best stylist if you like blonde hair! She color corrected my hair and made it the neutral blonde with lowlights that I always wanted. I am attaching before and after photos. What made it so great too was her warm, friendly personality plus! I thought I had good color before, but Elizabeth blew everyone else out of the water with her skills. The pictures say it best! Also, wonderful Bown crossing location with soft plentiful natural lighting. I saw parking places right out back the whole time I was there. Sure beats traffic. My new regular stylist Elizabeth is the best I've had. My hair is now SO pretty! She's not done yet, I had a lot of orange in my hair. read more

Karia at M Spa was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my very first dermaplaning treatment. My skin has been extra dry and I definitely needed this service! I left with my skin glowing today and all those pesky little hairs are gone!! Thanks M Spa! read more

I want to tell each and everyone that reads this you are taking a huge risk. Run as fast as you can!!! Lindsey is the absolute worst and I mean worst cosmetologist I have ever had!!! My hair turned green!! GREEN!! It's fried. I finally got the color to go away but had to cut my hair that was to my butt to my shoulders!! I cried for hours and she made me still pay!! If you want the worst job ever then by all means go to her. If you like your hair stay away!! I wish I was able to sue. I would!! Why would you say I wasn't your client. I guess you would say that. People that are self employed rely on these comments to grow their business. You are not only a horrible cosmetologist but also a very dishonest person!! I hope this helps people know who you are. read more

Karia did a 45 minute teeth whitening session and I'm SOOO happy! I had only done Crest Whitestrips for teeth whitening but wondered about a professional treatment, especially since my teeth can get sensitive with Crest whitestrips. To my delight the results from M Spa's process are much whiter than with the strips and I've had zero sensitivity - no pain! The after care instructions indicate they use "Beaming White" and I'm a new fan. Karia is amazing and helped me relax with a hand massage while I got used to the mouthpiece and the process. Perfect!! Highly recommend. read more
