I was greeted by Noah and she was already filled in on my "baseball" order and staff already pulled the 6"x6" boxes for me. Nice! I had about a dozen personalized calligraphy baseballs to ship to individual locations. And I was using a colleague's credit card. None of this phased Noah! As a photographer I was taken aback. so - One photographer to a business that has a small photographic business within; Take a little pride in what you offer, even if it's a dumb passport photo. The kid was nice but should have reshot the one picture he took of me before printing, spending 8 minutes cutting out and charging me... expecting me to have to live with it for a decade. Also your camera isn't worth the $20 you now have of mine. Please upgrade for the love of every person in need of a new passport photo.
