Hired them for a move out clean. Never again. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They called my property manager and I around 3:45 letting us know they were arriving late. They were supposed to arrive around 1:00 or 2:00 to complete the cleaning. Apparently they don't work past 5:00. They completely left the oven unclean, didn't clean what was asked with window tracks and didn't clean the light fixtures or kitchen floors. Any cleaner knows you are supposed to clean from the top down and big items first. I tried to give them a chance to make it right and even sent photo's. They are giving me the run around and asking for more money. They just need to do their job and not send tired girls out at the last minute. We had the house painted, and put in new carpet. Requested a deep clean (kitchen & bathrooms only) because I had hard water buildup in the shower & wanted the stove filters cleaned as well as the grease on my backsplash. Crew was friendly, but did not come prepared to tackle the job. I saw the backsplash get wiped down, but I don't believe a degreaser was used as it was still covered in grease when they left. They also informed me that they did not have cleaner to take care of the water deposit buildup in the tile shower - they were only prepared for glass, which I don't have. I ended up needing to clean the backsplash, cabinet fronts & cabinet tops myself. I paid another service to come in to clean the shower. Basically, they did a nice job of a routine clean (of kitchen & 2 bathrooms), but not what I requested. Very overpriced for what was done. I don't blame the crew, they were not given the supplies needed. If you want a routine clean, they do a nice job, but overpriced. If you want a deep clean, use another compan read more

If you are looking to have your house cleaned so that it's move in ready, this is not the company for you. Unfortunately they don't do windows, they won't even just vacuum the tracks to get the dead bugs out. When I asked, was told that they don't know if the windows will take a few minutes or a few hours so they don't provide that service. However, they don't know how long the overall clean will take until they get in your home so that logic makes no sense to me. Now I have still have cleaning to do on my own, $1000 well spent The crew missed two cabinets and when I called to have them come back to clean it, I was told that I would get a message on what time to expect the cleaner and all I got was an email with the date, no time. The poor cleaner showed up and I had literally just got out of bed because I wasn't expecting her because I wasn't given a time of return, which put us both in an awkward position. They do a great job. Reasonable prices, I have had multiple quotes; "Other companies" also "do not do" certain things like ..help with laundry or touch dishes. ( I am not sure if ProTouch helps with dishes, I haven't needed to ask) however, I need help with loading and unloading laundry at the moment becuase I'm pregnant and my belly prevents me from doing certain things. "Other companies" have told me they will Not help with that. ProTouch has an option to help with with laundry as an add on. Ashlee was amazing. She spent time on what she was doing. Email I sent to ProTouch after seeing my house: My home was cleaned this afternoon. I keep a very clean and empty home that the cleaning gals comment on. I recently injured myself and wanted my house cleaned before family arrived. I know I have high standards and did not schedule for a top to bottom clean however I expected at least what was listed on the website for the basic cleaning to be done. The baseboards were not dusted throughout the house, the ceiling fans were not dusted, the top of the fridge was not dusted, windowsills were not dusted, beds were not well made, mirrors still have spots... if it weren't for the vacuum lines, beds being made poorly, my hall table being dusted and a few dishes having been washed I would not have known someone had been here. Used them to clean house weekly for about 6 months. Services were okay although one room was skipped each time even though it was in scope. When covid hit they emailed clients saying there were new protocols in place including cleaners wearing masks and gloves. They showed up with neither and after several weeks we cancelled. The main reason for this rating is that they've almost doubled prices with the year. When we called to restart cleaning I was quoted almost 2X the prior rate (equating to $150 per hour!) and the manager did not return my phone calls when I pointed out the massive rate hike (in spite of talking with him directly and leaving three voicemails.) I would definitely shop around for a much better price before booking here! read more

I used to be a fan of ProTouch but it depends on who cleans. They used to send 2 gals but started sending only one and it took a long time. I worked from my home office so this was not ideal. I asked for 2 and they sent another gal but the work suffered. Their prices also went up. I haven't used them in over a year and have just been cleaning my own house. I want to give them a good review, but I have used them twice, and both times I had to call them back and have the cleaners come back to my house to finish cleaning. Our first experience with them was to clean our house post-construction (we remodeled and put an addition on, so we hadn't lived at home in 4 months) so we could move back in. They made snarky comments about how our stove looked like no one had ever cleaned it, and they didn't thoroughly clean our floors- I asked for them to come back and do it again since there was still construction dust smeared all over the hardwood. The second time they came I wanted someone to deep clean the house before our child is born. I specifically asked for the shower doors to be cleaned (water spots were on them), and for the baseboards and window sills to be done. No one at the office and neither cleaner ever mentioned to me that those tasks would be "extra". They were at my house for 2 hours, and the shower doors looked like they didn't touch them, and they literally didn't touch our baseboards or any window sill. They cleaned toilets, the counters, and stove stop, vacuumed carpets and mopped the hard wood. That's all stuff I do for my own house, why did I pay over $200 for someone to do that for me? I wanted people to do the specific areas I asked for because I know we do those poorly and I wanted professional help. When I called the office to tell them about it, they sent the cleaners back no problem. But then the cleaners were snarky and said that all my requests are extra and cost more and would have taken hours more labor. They were quite rude. I'm really disappointed in the miscommunication between their office, the cleaners, and what I was paying for. I found this company online Nov 2020. I became a client/customer along with my in-laws at their home in another city nearby. We both had our homes serviced biweekly and have continued service without interruption since then. My Mother-n-law and I both have high expectations when it comes to having a professional housecleaning service due to the fact we both have OCD in our blood. Lol. Pro Touch Cleaners definitely provided the service we were seeking. I personally never contacted the office with any specific complaints or concerns....my wife and I were always satisfied with the results of the cleaning. Our specific cleaning staff that would service our home were great and always made sure our expectations were satisfied....both parties were on the same page. Our expectation was to continue service basically forever to be honest. Now I will get into the problem and why I am no longer a customer and why I have cancelled service indefinitely..... 24 hours or same day prior to the physical cleaning service, my bank card on file is always charged. I was charged $240.75 biweekly ($481.50 per month). A lot of money! However, we obviously agreed to it and had no intensions of cancelling due to financial reasons. This morning, I noticed I was charged $270.75. I was confused and made a call to the office to inquire about the $30 difference. I was advised that it was a planned and expected rate increase. I made it very clear that I was never advised, notified, or informed of such increase and it was a complete surprise this morning to see it in my bank activity. The staff member apologized but said it was out of their control and it was something that happens to all customers. I said I am already paying a lot of money and there is no way I am paying even more, breaking the $500 per month threshold! After further conversation, pleading for the staff member to understand my perspective and make an exception, the staff member agreed to reach out to the owners to get their approval on keeping my rate at $240.75. The staff member called me back within 30 min later and said the owners said they are not able to keep my rate locked where it is and would need to charge me $270.75 going forward for each cleaning service, including the service scheduled for today. I said that is ridiculous! I have a scheduled cleaning today, within just a couple of hours from now....I don't want to cancel it but I should pay $240.75. However, I did end up cancelling the service scheduled! What is funny is if I were to cancel same day without notice and this whole thing did not happen, Pro Touch Cleaners would charge me a $99 cancellation fee! Lol. Can I charge them one today? Lol. So here is the math that does not make sense from a business perspective if you were to ask me (and prob the general public): Between my in laws and me, Pro Touch is getting a guaranteed $830 (approx) per month in business revenue. $9,960 per calendar year. The rate hike discrepancy is $60 per month (my home)... $720 per calendar year. So since they are choosing to not disregard the $720 per calendar year and keep me at the same existing rate I have had, they are now going to completely lose $9,960 in revenue per year (my in-laws are cancelling)! They are willing to lose almost $10k per year over choosing the other option of just not making $700 more per year. How stupid is this??? Makes absolutely no sense!!! If you have any financial minded brain as a business owner, this would be common sense to not lose me as a client! Not only do you lose 2 clients but now you are setting yourself up to lose potentially more referrals that I would generate and my in laws would generate with the chance of making more than $10,000 in revenue per year all over a debate of $720 per year! Lol. Wow. Anyway, I am very disappointed that my math did not persuade the owners to change their decision and they officially chose to lose 2 clients today. My home is in need of cleaning and I will be reaching out to other local cleaning companies to gain me as a customer! Think twice before you hire them! read more

I called ProTouch when I was getting ready to have surgery and was working full-time while going to graduate school full-time. Needless to say, I was busy and overwhelmed. Some parts of my house had gotten away from me and I knew I needed help. I was especially ashamed at the state of my bedroom and bathroom and had considered having them skip those rooms. Of course, I thought if I cleaned it up first then they could do the deep stuff - but just starting seemed overwhelming, so I had pretty much decided I wouldn't have them do those rooms. Fortunately for me, the day of my first cleaning with them came and I was stuck at a doctor's appointment across town, so my son let them in and showed them around. When I got home they had already seen my bedroom and bathroom. They asked what I wanted done (amidst piles of laundry, boxes of books and papers, and a bathroom full of old baby powder on the floor and shelves, not to mention make-up on the counters, and a toilet and shower that needed serious attention). I told them how ashamed I was and that what I really needed was for them to do what they would do if I were their sister who needed help. I needed them to throw away stuff that wasn't important or necessary, organize what needed order, sort laundry, scrub, and whatever else needed to be done. They were so kind, and I felt ...this might sound weird... almost loved - at least like they really cared and wanted to help. They were positive and cheerful and told me how awesome it was that I was pursuing my degree and they made me feel like it was the most natural thing in the world to need help with my house. They got right to work cleaning all the areas of my house that I needed. They even broke down boxes that had piled up in the garage and put them in the recycle bin. They organized and polished, and did it all with friendly and positive attitudes. There was a lot to do and we actually needed to schedule for them to come back another day to finish, but they got so much done that day that I knew it was worth it. That first clean was a long one, but when they left that afternoon, I cried. I couldn't believe how nice and clean my house was. I couldn't believe how easy it was to find what I needed. I felt so empowered, and I have been able to keep it clean and organized. Of course, I still have ProTouch come regularly to do the deep stuff - but my bedroom is clean, my bathroom is organized, and the master suite feels like a sanctuary to me again. ProTouch did so much more than clean my house for me that first time - they gave me the gift of feeling worthy of a clean home, they gave me the gift of taking away my shame, and they gave me peace. All of the folks who come to the house are kind and courteous and I never have to worry that they will be anything less than professional.
