Plus she gets along with both of my dogs, which is a plus for us! All the staff are fantastic, from owner, management to the cleaners! I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a clean home! Scrub N Bubbles is sooo over priced I burst out laughing when they gave me their quote. Here is the process I had to go thru to get a ridiculous quote for a Move Out cleaning. I was quoted a starting rate of $380 up to $580 to clean a 2100 sq. ft house, 3bdrms, 2.5 baths. That equates to taking them a minimum of 6 hours to clean a 3 bdrm home with no furniture at $65 per hour ($380) but apparently it could take up to 9 hours to clean a 3 bdrm home at $65 per hr ($580). Their website says get a free instant online quote - so you enter your name, email, phone # and zip code. There was no instant quote. I eventually received an email stating someone will contact me via email, phone, text. Someone did try to call me but I missed the call that is when I saw they had sent me an email so I replied to the email. It is a house, it was a move out cleaning, 3 bdrms 2.5 baths with the downstairs being hardwood and the upstairs was all carpet. I receive another email stating I had to Answer the following 12 questions about the home to be cleaned before i could get my Instant Quote: 1*How did you hear about us? 2 What is the total square footage of the home? 3 Will we be cleaning the full home or partial (if partial please list areas to be cleaned)? 4 Is the home a single story or more? 5 How many bedrooms and bathrooms? 6 Does the home have a living room and a family room, or bonus room? 7 Does the home have mainly hard surface floors, carpet, or a good mixture of both? 8 Are there any pets in the home? If yes, how many and what type? 9 How many people occupy the home? 10 On a scale of 1-10 (1 is the cleanest 10 the dirtiest) where would you rate the home on that scale? 11 Are you looking for a Move out/in, one time cleaning or ongoing services? 12 Do you want inside the oven and the fridge cleaned at the first cleaning? So obviously they did not even read the email I sent them which gave them enough information to determine it was a move out, it was 2 floors upstairs carpeted, downstairs hardwood, 3 bdrms 2.5 baths... I guess it is all about following a "process" to get your "Instant online quote". I answered their 12 questions and sent it back to them around 3:30pm the same day. They close at 5pm per their website. I did not hear from them by email, text or phone so I called them at 11am the following morning and asked about my "instant quote"... I was told I did not answer their 12 questions. I replied that I had and then I was told to hold that she "would have to jump thru a bunch of hoops" to find my information. I thought it was funny she said She had to jump thru a bunch of hoops!! When she found the information she quoted me the $380 to $580 for the move out cleaning... I burst out laughing and said that cant be right for a 2100 sq ft home that was completely empty - no furniture, nothing to dust, no items to move and dust...! She said it is correct - and they charge $65 per hour. I asked if the quote took into account that I had scored it as very clean - a 3 - on their scale of 1 to 10 - 1 being cleanest and 10 dirtiest. She replied no they don't take that into consideration when completing the quote... So why ask?? I have found 2 other cleaning services that quoted me $225 up to $350 for the move out clean. I urge you to continue looking for a cleaning company that is reasonable. read more

I have had 3 different techs from this company and I felt super safe with all of them in my home. They are all just wonderful people and I highly recommend this company. I do not want to take anything away from the professionals doing the work. To them, "Thank you!" The cleaning crew did a great job each time. I can only hope that they received the majority of the fees charged. That said, I have to question the ethics of the ownership. Hourly fees have increased approximately 50% in less than one year, without communication to repeat customers prior to work being performed. A recent quote for house cleaning came in well under the actual price. Prices that were already at the high end of competitive are now unjustifiable. I have to believe they are trying to increase revenues to greatly increase owner profits in the short term (they will surely lose business if this continues), or to inflate revenues prior to a sale of the business in order to get a higher buyout price. I hired scubnbubbles because they had good reviews, and the people who I normally hire were not available.. They quoted me $350 - $580 worst case for a 1469 Sqft house that was empty and needed a 'deep clean'. The first time they came, I filled an entire page of items they did not clean. The kitchen floor was still sticky, the wall plates had not been cleaned, the baseboards had not even been dusted. It was hard to tell what they had done, so I called and gave them the list. I asked for what the cost was so far, but they refused. That should have been a red flag, but I didn't have time to mess with it. So they came back and did some more work, but STILL didn't complete the list and they charged me nearly $800 dollars. These people are a ripoff, and I still have to go back and clean the house. Had the house been spotless when I came back in and had they completed the list, I could have choked down the $800 bucks, but when they still left a shoddy job, I decided a review is the best bet. read more

This review does not reflect the cleaners who came in. We have a large home but we are enormously clean. I was told our home is one of the cleanest they had seen. We wanted to get a service in after the holidays. We were quoted much lower charges. About a year or more ago, we had them come in for a full Spring clean and it was much cheaper. Long story short, they did not tell me they raised rates from 45 to 65 per hour. I was shocked to get a $360 bill. I was told, after talking with a manager, there is nothing they could do. Please make sure you understand fees if you want to use this company. However, I do not recommend using them at these rates. In doing research, $65 per hour is the highest in the country and would only be that high if your house is a real disaster. NOTE: The cleaners were prepared and did a good job. I feel as if they looked at our home, assumed we could afford $360 and just stuck it to us. Unfortunate for their employees as the house is taking a lot in. read more
