1 Star Review (if I could leave zero, I would): I took my…read moredaughter's MacBook Pro here for a repair. It needed a battery replacement and we had a very negative experience. I was led to believe the replacement part would be OEM, but later learned the parts come through Amazon, not Apple. After the repair, the trackpad no longer worked, even though it worked before. When I asked about it, I didn't receive a clear explanation or solution. Just B.S. and blaming it on us. In my opinion, this business is not equipped to handle Apple repairs, and I would not recommend bringing a MacBook or anything Apple here. We ended up making an appointment to take the computer to Apple directly to resolve the issue, which we wish we had done in the first place. The issue was getting an appointment for repair before I left town. Which is the case now, but it's handled. In law enforcement we have a saying for people like this; "If their lips are moving, they're lying."

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE RATINGS -- READ THIS BEFORE GETTING YOUR PHONE REPAIRED…read more There is a promotion encouraging customers to leave five-star reviews in exchange for a new glass screen protector. Keep this in mind when evaluating this business's ratings. Incentivized reviews can make it harder to judge the actual quality of the service. My experience was completely different from what those high ratings might lead you to expect. BEWARE: Undisclosed Aftermarket Screen, Bait-and-Switch Experience, and Zero Accountability I paid for a screen repair at this third-party phone repair vendor inside Walmart without being told beforehand that an aftermarket screen would be installed. After the repair, my phone's display was extremely blurry and caused discomfort to my eyes. I paid to have my phone repaired, yet the screen I received made it difficult and uncomfortable to use. When I raised the issue, the technician apologized and explained that only aftermarket screens were available. He then told me he could order and install a better screen for another $100. His other suggestion was for me to find another repair shop, obtain a quote, and bring it back so he could use that quote to install a better screen. Let that sink in. I had already paid for a repair, yet I was expected to research other shops and negotiate just to get an adequate screen. Why wasn't the screen quality disclosed before the repair? Why was I quoted without being clearly informed of what I was actually getting? Customers deserve to make that decision BEFORE the work is done. The lack of professionalism didn't stop there. I was promised my phone would be ready by 2:00 p.m. and that I'd receive a text message. No text ever came. At 5:00 p.m., I called myself and was casually told my phone was ready. I had to chase them down for information instead of receiving the promised notification. When I sought help, customer service gave me the runaround, explaining that Walmart couldn't help because the shop is a third-party vendor. The business operates inside Walmart, but when something goes wrong, you're left trying to figure everything out yourself. The biggest issue isn't simply that I'm unhappy. It's that I wasn't informed about the screen being installed, received a blurry display that causes eye discomfort, was asked to pay another $100 for a better option, and then struggled to find anyone willing to help resolve the situation. MY ADVICE: Get every detail about the screen, its quality, and the price in writing BEFORE agreeing to any repair. Don't assume you'll receive the quality you expect, and don't assume you'll get meaningful support if something goes wrong. I paid for a repair and expected transparency, a usable phone, and accountability. Instead, I got a poor-quality screen and the responsibility of trying to fix the situation myself. I would not recommend this vendor. Read beyond the star rating and make sure you know exactly what you're paying for before handing over your phone.

She was very Frank and said that she didn't know if it could be fixed but if I was willing, she would try. I have much personal and business related data on it do I really was hoping she could fix it. Well, it took a few day but thankfully she was able to isolate the issue and repair it. The issue was with the charging port being broken. And, as the battle was near dead, she also changed that for me. All for only $110. I paid almost that much for the other places telling me they couldn't fix it!!! If you have a tech issue, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you take it to Sousan www.iwillrepair.com She is a miracle worker!!

They have two locations, one in Chandler and the other in Mesa so I went to my Chandler location on a Saturday morning to see what the recommendation was in order to resolve my iMac which was a "power up" problem. The issue was a common problem that could be resolved, but it required a part that needed to be ordered and that would've taken me out of commission for a couple days. The tech checked over with the Mesa store and they identified having that particular hardware available so I quickly headed over to and spoke with the agent and explain the problem and issues that I was having and he to believe that that may be the root cause. They provided me what the cost and labor of the repair would be upfront and told me that they literally could have it done within the same day. I knew they had limited hours on Saturday but the fact that he said it could take anywhere from an hour to three hours let me know that they were willing to stay behind in order to accommodate me as some of the content that I need it was recently changed within the last 48 hours and not properly backed up (yeah that's my fault) While running a few errands I got a phone call letting me know that was the issue and that repair been completed. I quickly made my way over to for pick up. I'm back home and powering up my computer was no issue and everything is running just as it was previously the other day. One of the things I like about the Orchard is that they do have available equipment and hardware on hand to do the repairs that are needed but they also let you know about other alternatives that could be done if you're looking to upgrade or move in a different direction with your Mac. No pressure sales but informative. If you no longer part of AppleCare and have equipment I highly recommend using The Orchard as your first line of defense as they have been honest and forthcoming and great when it comes to repairs and they do work at a reasonable price for owning a Mac. Special thanks to Carl for keeping me in the loop, explaining it all and most importably, getting the work done in a timely manner!!! greatly apprecite it
