If you have rats, Integrity is definitely the place to call. Clarence went way above and beyond. I had a BAD rat problem in my garage and attic. Clarence came out to inspect the situation and give me an estimate. During his inspection he saw there were several large, heavy items up in the rafters the rats were nesting in. This is were I was blown away. Clarence knew I would never be able to get those items down myself. Not even knowing if I was going to hire Integrity to do the job, he took the time to take down all that old, dirty, covered in rat feces, junk. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I called three companies to get information before making an appointment. I found that Integrity Pest seemed to understand our problem best. Rats got in the house!!!! Yikes! It's a terrible upset. Clarence knew exactly what to say and talked me through a strategy that was "Team" oriented. He will do his part in stages and we will do our part. This is not a "spray them" and go. He came to the house and spent plenty of time assessing the problem. I can imagine his next appointment may have been delayed because he did not rush through our problem. Sorry about that. But when he gets to your house, you will have his full attention. Clarence gave us a clear plan of trapping, elimination and our part of removing the places to live comfortably. We needed the lesson, we had not idea we were such good hosts for the rats! I feel like each step we planned is important and shouldn't be over looked. We used Integrity Pest Elimination to deal with a nest of rats in our attic. Clarence Brown, the owner, came out promptly to asses our problem. After a very thorough examination of our attic and exterior walls and roof. He presented 3 different options for dealing with the problem. We chose the more expensive solution as it was a long term proposition. Once we agreed on the course of action they immediately began sealing all the access holes to the attic. Then set traps. Over a period of several weeks they would empty the traps and reset. Because we chose this program we were given a one year warranty on their work. We would definitely recommend Integrity. read more

I'm so extremely happy with our service from Integrity!! We had them come out about a year ago for an ant problem. We most recently had an infestation of carpet beetles from a new piece of carpet placed in our master bedroom closet. I did not know what it was, but when I called Integrity ( late afternoon) they had me scheduled the very next day. I was relieved to see a familiar face! It was the same tech that came last year. It was much more comfortable and easier explaining most "recent issues" with someone I already knew. He assured me that he was going to do a general inspection and treat the areas that need to be treated. Do to our recent infestation I was still nervous about our "new nasty guest" so Steve ( technician) placed a call to his supervisor Clarence whom actually I learned is the owner. I also received check up calls to make sure all basis were covered from the very thorough receptionist/ appointment scheduler coordinator. Clarence ( owner) came out as well as Steve and did another inspection do to my concerns. They have 100% resolved all issues of any kind of pest related problems in our home. We have set up quarterly appointments. I also feel as if we have new friends at Integrity! I sleep better at night knowing for sure that all things that go bump in the night have been extinguished! This is the first time I have used a company for ants in over 10 years. I've always been able to control the ant problems myself. These are nice people but they use "organic" pest spray, and either didn't do the entire house, or the stuff doesn't work. I had to call them back once, and since then I have had attacks in the garage, and just now in the Master Bathroom. The last time I had them out they told me not to use ant spray from Home Depot, but to use Windex. Seriously??? As if I'm going to windex some ants just so those can die and more come back in while I wait for Integrity to come back a THIRD time??? At first Clarence told me it would take a couple days for the ants to go away. When his worker came by the second time, he told me it could take up to three weeks. Well, it's been four weeks now, and the ants are coming in everywhere they can. I should have just taken care of the house myself! Oh, and the spider problem has been NON-STOP. This company is a joke! And one more thing - when I lived in Orange County I had a service that came out every three months. Used them for 8 years and NEVER had a problem. read more

I called this place and decided to go with there quarterly package meaning I would get a discounted rate if I get services every three months. The first time the guy showed up and was very nice after that it just went down hill. I scheduled my next appointment and no one showed up so I called and the owner and he blamed it on his wife. He told me that he would personally show up...he didn't show up either. I then get a note on my door a few days later saying sorry we missed you! ....meaning they came when I didn't even have an appointment scheduled. I moved into a fixer upper house and on one of the first days that we were cleaning the place up, I had found a rat hiding behind the stove which had then scurried under the dishwasher and into the walls until I couldn't hear any more scuttling. We had patched a hole in one of the walls and the rat had eaten a hole out of one of the walls. I called Clarence the day after we closed escrow. He came out and screened off with wire mesh two holes he had found in the attic. He set traps out in the areas that had shown signs of rodent activity. He had then vacuumed out and sanitized a storage shed that was filthy and had rat feces all over inside and outside of it. I have honestly not seen any activity of any kind since he had come over to take care of the problem. He comes by every week to check on the traps and to suggest other methods he can use to try and catch any rodents...even though I haven't seen any activity whatsoever and all included in the upfront price I had paid. While it is unnecessary since I am starting to believe the rat(s) no longer have access to my house, it does give me great peace of mind.
